The purpose of the paper is to explore what effect does the incentives either financial or non-financial create on employee performance. The ways in which employees are appreciated can make a substantial impact on the efficacy of the organization, and is at the compassion of the employment liaison. The rationale of this article is to review previous theories and previous researches concerning the relationship between incentives and employee performance. The compilation and integration of the previous researches reveal how incentives affect the employee performance.
