Epileptic Seizure Detection through EEG signal Processing

In the present paper, the beginning prolongation and ending of an epileptic seizure is determined through the analysis of EEG signals. The electrical activity of the brain consists of numerous classes that too with overlapping characteristics, which makes the problem challenging. Identification of features to separate the epileptic data from other kinds of brain activity was the first step in the problem solving approach. Followed by this, pre-processing and filtering techniques were applied to separate the epileptic signals from the non-epileptic ones.
