Abstract

On the basis of creating a mathematical model of Drilling Cutter, we generate the 3D model of the cutter in CATIA Software for Simulation with Finite Element Analysis to determine the effect of Equivalent Stress, Equivalent Elastic Strain, Total Deformation, Shear Stress & Shear Elastic Strain on the Drilling Cutter due to the cutting forces that develop due to different parameters such as Spindle Speed, Feed Rate, Feed Factor and Cutting Speed. As a simulation tool, ANSYS is used.
