Abstract |
Present study is aimed towards design and study of Liquid helium supply multi process Cryolines. A typical section with functional parameters of LHe supply Cryolines have been considered for the present study. Thermal loading due to temperature differential between low temperature liquid helium and atmospheric temperature is considered as a major factor for designing the Cryolines. The 80K temperature thermal shield around the mail Cryolines have been considered to have the less consumption of liquid helium. Detailed thermo hydraulic calculation, heat load calculation, flexibility analysis, 3D modelling and Structural analysis for each component have been performed in present study. In addition to this, test philosophy has also been explained to perform the heat load analysis. |
