The develepment of chemically modified electrode has attracted a lot of attention during the past three decades and number of methods has been proposed for modifying the electrode surface. The utility of CMEs in the analysis is growing day by day because of the selectivity and sensitivity associated with these electrodes. The recent trend is to use nano materials which are having amazing electrical condution to achieve better sensitivity. The modified electrodes have attracted considerable interest in electrochemistry. This involves coating of substrates of biological, environmental and pharmaceutical importance. In this investigation, characterization of Phenosafranine functionalized MWCNTs modified graphite electrode and its electrocatalytic behavior for some analytes have been experimented.
