This paper describes a risk-management system, which can greatly mitigate the possibility of risk in Pipe conveyor operation and maintenance with respect to design standards, design calculations and analysis of mechanical components. Aim is to ensure Pipe conveyor operation and maintenance risks are mitigated for human interface and environment. While doing the risk assessment the following hierarchy will be considered. - Elimination - Substitution - Engineering Controls - Administrative controls - Personnel Protective Equipment. |
