Store is a place where all material like consumable items, non-consumable items, stationary items are kept which will be used when required. Professionally store has a process and space within to receive the incoming materials, keep them for as long as they are not required for use and then issue to faculty and transfer to labs. Earlier this can be done by using pen and paper method, but it seems difficult to maintain. By using this system, manual work get reduced and it is also helpful to maintain record of each and every materials. Store Management System provides a simple interface for maintenance of store information. It is designed for easy, effective, time saving and paperless administration. It was achieved using two programming environment PHP and MYSQL, with PHP as front-end and MYSQL as backend database. The system can be entered using a username and password. The interface is user-friendly and data processing is very fast. |
