Abstract

Continuous improvement (Kaizen) is indispensable for ensuring the company's development and its survival on the constantly changing global market. Continuous improvement is particularly important in the quality and production management systems. A company should deliver a product in a specified time as per customer's requirement. The visual workplace also known as visual factory also helps to implement organization structure and its view. This study carried out in a Industry. By implementing the Kaizen and visual factory in the industry the benefits achieved by company are discussed below.
