Abstract |
Water is a vital for all aspects of human and ecosystem survival and health Thus, its quality is important and directly affects virtually all water uses. Evaluation of ground water is an important issue to assure from its safe and stable use. However, describing quality condition is generally difficult considering spatial variability of pollutants and a wide range of indicators (Biological, Physical and Chemical substances) which can be measured. 0In the present study eighteen ground water samples were collected from Different industrial and residential area of Different wards of Rajkot city. The study was carried out in years of 2017 and 2018. The physiochemical analysis ( pH, EC, Temperature, Turbidity, Total Hardness, Colour, Total Alkalinity, Chloride , Fluoride, Dissolved oxygen , Biochemical oxygen Demand) were carried out to detect the quality of water and result of physiochemical analysis is compared with BIS and APHA. |
