Stakeholder Management seems a major concerns coming ahead in the construction projects. The stakeholders are a major source of uncertainty in construction project. The connection and relationships between stakeholders largely determine the overall performance of a construction project, and have main duty for deliver a project to successful completion. The construction industry involves a diverse range of stakeholders. The successful construction project management can be influence of a project's stakeholders, understanding their expectations, and defining appropriate engagement procedures to influence the key stakeholders' expectations and perceptions for the benefit of the project. This research aims to evaluate the factors affecting stakeholders’ management for construction projects in the south Gujarat region of India. Various factors affecting the stakeholder management was listed after various literature Review and personal interview carried out with the experts. Questionnaire survey was carried out among various stakeholders in the construction industry and an analysis was carried by out using SPSS tool which indicated that exploring the stakeholder perceptions and expectation, Organization’s view on Resource crisis, Understanding area of stakeholders’ interest. This study will imply on the successful management of the relationships between the construction project and its stakeholders. to identify stakeholders of construction project, and to differentiate in internal and external stakeholders, discovering Perceptions and Expectations of the Stakeholder to support the make and maintain of project relationships, find out Effect of stakeholders Perceptions and Expectations in construction project. to identify the skills and willingness of stakeholders to build these relationships with the construction project. The framework will provides guidance to organisations interested in increasing their performance in the management of project. |
