Abstract

Experimental investigation on resistance spot welding has been carried out using 33full factorial method. Stainless steel 304 has been considered for experimental work. The spot welding input parameters, which are considered for this work are welding current, cycle time and thickness, however tensile strength of nugget has been taken as output parameter. Results show that Welding current has significant impact on the tensile strength of nugget.
