Abstract

Training and Placement (OTaP) is very helpful for providing the job opportunities and helps the students for using collective intelligence to increase selection ratio and also easy the process by managing the information automatically. It verifies the curriculum vitae, informing the different job openings to the students, managing the relationship for inviting them for the placements as well other activities, such as creating the placement reports, observe the progress of the hiring students process and communicating with several students. Online training and placement system provides the different module like Students (Current Student/ Alumni), Main Administrator (TPO/ department Staff), and Forum. It has the features like automated Tool for informing students of Companies updates. It handles Placement process of individual Job posting easily. Manage Company’s details, Manage Job criteria’s, approve and allow editing the student profiles, Send information to students via mail and sms, Create an excel file with index of students as per post criteria, , Set preferences for student eligibility criteria for placement, Time & Role Based Secured Access to users.
