Abstract |

A education system in India has been changing widely in last years due to the development of Technology. Smart classes, E- learning, video conferencing are some of them. The core idea of this paper is to implement some of the emerging Technologies like mobile computing and advances in behavioral science studies to make better educational system. For this we are implementing the software "Mobile Based Attendance System" on Android technology. Lecturer will login to the phone application and get connected to the server and take the attendance using smart phone. Lecturer can edit the attendance anywhere did not used to stick on the system. This reduces the chance of the fake attendance. Lecturers can send the sms to the students of their short attendance. This project will ease the workload of the Lecturers as it is more secure and less error-prone. It is easy to use and time saving. |
