Abstract |
The goal of this paper is to analyze the role of an online public grievance redressal system (OPGRS) in the satisfaction of the denizens of India. Improving the current mechanism of an online public grievance redressal system of the Government of India is imperative. At present citizens have access to an Indian PG Portal which is not user-friendly inconvenient and inefficient. An increasing number of citizens are reticent about registering their complaints due to a lot of constraints imposed on the user at the time of registering the complaint. This paper discusses the way to improve the OPGRS and implementation methods that would build confidence in the system. |
