A New Approach for Improving Accuracy of Multi Label Stream Data
-Kunal Shah ; Swati Patel
Many real world problems involve data which can be considered as multi-label data streams. Efficient methods exist for multi-label classification in non-streaming scenarios. However, learning in evolving streaming scenarios is more challenging, as the learners must be able to adapt to change using limited time and memory. Classification is used to predict class of unseen instance as accurate as possible. Multi label classification is a variant of single label classification where set of labels associated with single instance. Multi label classification is used by modern applications, such as text classification, functional genomics, image classification, music categorization etc. This paper introduces the task of multi-label classification, methods for multi-label classification and evolution measure for multi-label classification. Also done comparative analysis of multi label classification methods on the basis of theoretical study and then on the basis of simulation done on various data sets. Read More...

Applicability of Distributed Controllers for Reliable Operation of Interconnected Power Systems
-Kishan Jivandas Bhayani ; Dr. Chirag Vibhakar
Today as the load demand increases, there increases a need to strengthen system to fulfill the load requirement reliably. To overcome such requirements, today's systems have become more and more complex in nature. As of today we are able to design large systems to fulfill our requirements, but there are some draw backs to this system also. As the system complexity increases, the necessity of better system control is also required. There must be some sub system designed to control such a heavily stressed system. Here comes the need of automation adoption to the large Power Systems. This is very much important as the system reliability and availability has become severe parameters looking to the criticality of need of power for today's fast growing fields. In such a heavily stressed system, there are plenty of chances to occur disturbances. Much of these are transient in nature. If these transient disturbances are not taken care of, then there are chances to lead to collapse of whole system. Here one of such methods is described to overcome such transient disturbance which directly affects the Power System Stability of any system. Read More...

-Swapnil J. Barge ; Saud I.Khan; Pranit R.Gharat; Prathamesh S.Kale; Sachin R Barahate
Today security concerns are on the rise in all areas industries such as banks, governmental applications, healthcare industry, militaryorganization, educational institutions etc, with one common weak link being “passwordsâ€. Several proper strategies for using passwords have been proposed. Some of which are very difficult to use and others might not meet the company’s security concerns. The usage of passwords for authentication is no longer sufficient and stronger authentication schemes are necessary. Two factor authentication uses elements or devices such as tokens and ATM cards. We have proposed to resolve the password problem, which could be inconvenient for the user and costly for the service providers to combat otherwise. To avoid the usage of additional device, the mobile phone is adopted as security token. In this paper several different authentication solutions using the mobile as authentication token are discussed, where these solutions vary in complexity, strength, security and user friendliness. One of the authentication schemes (OTP solution) is implemented to verify their usability. Hence, a classification and evaluation of the different solutions is provided according to defined criteria. Visual Cryptography Using Invisible Watermarking of Shares
-Sujata Bangar ; Manavi Agrawal; Priyanka Padman; Mithila Waghmare
In this project, we are taking one image and watermarking it with a secret image using DCT and IDCT algorithms. After that we are going to make 2 shares from the watermarked image. One share will be stored into database and the other share will be given to the user with ID attached to it. This is the registration phase for the user. In authentication phase, user will bring the share given to him. This share will find the share stored in database by using the ID attached. Then by superimposing these two shares we will get watermarked image generated in registration phase. Then we will apply IDCT followed by DCT on watermarked image to make secret image visible in the watermarked image and then we extract secret image from the watermark image and then we match this secret with original secret image and if matched then authenticated. The initial model developed only for the bi-level or binary images or monochrome images. Later it was advanced to suit for the colour images means gray images and RGB/CMY Images .For the RGB/CMY Images different methods are developed based on the colour decomposition techniques. Visual cryptography scheme is the concept of encrypting a secret image into n(more than one) shares .Rotation Visual Cryptography scheme (RVCS) allows four secret images to be encrypted into two shares. Using Human Visual System, again the four secret images can be easily recovered by placing the two shares on top of each other with different angles. In this paper proposes a Rotation Visual Cryptography using basic (2,2) scheme which encrypts three secret images into three shares and each secret image can be easily revealed by overlaying one share with the 1800 anticlockwise rotation of another share. In this way the combination of any of the two shares reveals one secret image with the help of 1800 anticlockwise rotation. The reconstructed original three secret images have the same contrast as achieved in the basic visual cryptography scheme (2, 2). Read More...

Performance and Emission Analysis of Two Stroke Multi Spark Plug Single Cylinder SI Engine with Petrol fuel
-Nikunj B. Patel ; Akash B. Patel; Hardik A. Patel
This paper describes some results of the research in the area of multiple spark ignition engines In the single spark plug engine there is a high exhaust emission and low break thermal efficiency because of incomplete combustion .To overcome this problem new dual spark plug engine is developed. Dual spark ignition system has proved their potential in improving the performance of the engines and improved emissive characteristics as compared with the single spark plug ignition system. Recently a new type engine has been introduced which uses triple spark plugs at different location, controlled by an advanced electronic control unit. This advanced electronic control unit uses three different ignition timings with variable spark plug number. Experiments were conducted at different load conditions and different types of engines has proved that dual spark plug ignition engines are surely better than a single spark plug engine, but triple spark ignition engines has proved their potential .It is experimentally investigated that in the single spark plug mode the centrally located spark plug is most effective and gives best performance. In the dual, triple and four spark plug mode if the central location of the spark plug is not possible because of the design of the engine than spark plugs were considered to be located diametrically opposite to each other on cylinder head axis symmetrically. According to Dimensionless distance from the cylinder centre to spark plug location on cylinder head, rsd = rs/R, five locations (rsd = 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1.0) were considered. Inevitably rsd = 0 corresponds to the single spark arrangement that the plug is located at the centre. To comparison, single-spark plug configurations were also considered for other selected spark plug locations. Current paper investigates the effect of multi spark plug to the single spark plug on the basis of the performance of engine and emissive characteristics of engine. The result shown that the considerable improvement in the performance of engine output and considerable reduction in BSFC,HC and Co emission in multi spark plug mode. Read More...

A Technical Review of Optimisation Natural Gas SI Engine with employing EGR rate.
-Vijaykumar Chandubhai Patel ; Bhavik B. Hirapara; M. A. Shaikh
The research on alternative fuels for internal combustion engine has become essential due to depletion of petroleum products and its major contribution for pollutants, where Natural gas is one of the most promising fuel alternatives for the future. Compressed natural gas (CNG) has long been used in stationary engine as well as a transport engine fuel. There are various methods which use the compressed natural gas in IC engine with little modification. It is revealed that the performance characteristics are lower while the emission characteristics of CO, CO2 HC are better for Natural gas compared to petrol or diesel. The compression ratio has a large influence on the engine performance, combustion, and emissions. However, the brake thermal efficiency is increased with a compression ratio up to a limit of 12 at high engine loads. The maximum cylinder gas pressure is increased with increase in the compression ratio. The exhaust hydrocarbon (HC) and carbon monoxide emissions decreased with increase in the compression ratio, while the exhaust nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission is increased with increase in the compression ratio. In this study, a natural gas spark-ignition engine employing cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) strategy in a high pressure inlet condition was optimized. Both engine compression ratio and start of combustion timing were optimized in order to obtain the lowest fuel consumption accompanied with high power and low emissions. It was found that cooled EGR can significantly reduce NOx emission at high compression ratio conditions. Read More...

Investigation on Segregation of the Sucker and Exploration Mechanism on Locality Network
-V.Srilakshmi ; Mr P.Dhamodaran
The control of voyage systems has become increasingly important in many applications one important application is hauling by different mediums such as skyways, pathways, bar ways and so on. These applications usually involve queries over locality connections with dynamically unstable and multifarious trip conditions. There may be potential of user's secrecy violated when they are querying about the general required data on the private party servers where the position information about the users will be recognized. The sinful attackers may theft the position information about the client. The k nearest neighbor query verification with location points on Voronoi diagram implementation requires high cost. The Directional aware Bichromatic Reverse K-NN by assigning each item and query with a confined region is applied such that the high-priced recomputation is not required as long as the query and objects remain in their respective confined regions. The proposed system reduces the cost in client-server architectures because an object does not report its location to the server unless it leaves its confined region or the server sends a position update appeal. Lebesgue curve is used here for the capability of fully preserving the neighbouring adjacency of the original data. The user data is sheltered by applying Lebesgue transform over the distinctive values and storing the transformed values in the Lebesque curve. Read More...

-M Sangeetha ; V Nivetha; S Jothish; R Madhan Gopal; T Sarathivelan
Lightweight concrete is one of the advanced concrete which is used to reduce the self-weight of the concrete. This is lighter than conventional concrete. Its main speciality is its low density and thermal conductivity. The main advantages of light weight concrete are reduction in dead weight, faster building rate in construction, lower haulage, handling cost. Light translucent concrete is one of the fibre reinforced concrete which is used for aesthetic application by incorporating the optical fibres in concrete. An optical fiber (or optical fiber) is a flexible, transparent fiber made of glass (silica) or plastic, slightly thicker than a human hair. It can function as waveguide, or “light pipe†to transmit light between the two ends of the fiber. Our project deals with light weight light translucent concrete, in which coir pith is used partially instead of sand to reduce its self-weight. In Tamil Nadu and Kerala the availability of coconut is high so we used it as an additional material. Optical fibres are one which helps for transmission of light through fibre. And we are not using coarse aggregate due to light transmitting concrete.so this type of concrete brings more advantage in smart construction. Read More...

AN EFFECTIVE TAXI RECOMMENDER SYSTEM
-Siddhesh R. Bhagat ; Sagar K. Golhar; Sahil S. Bagde; Rohit Gavade; Prof. Shubhada Mone
In this research, we are creating an android-web based taxi booking application. Our system is a real time android application which not only allows the passenger to book a taxi on demand, but its uniqueness lies in the point that it also helps the taxi driver to earn more profit by mining the historical GPS trajectories. Our system helps the taxi drivers in finding the next cruising location where they can find passengers yielding maximum profits. The different factors considered in the system are distance between the current location and the recommended location, waiting time to get the next passenger, expected fare for the trip and most importantly the historical data of a location for providing the recommendations. We are using the historical GPS data to analyze and retrieve the habitation of residents in area. Also we are using clustering analysis and spatial-temporal analysis to make groups of locations based on the mentioned factors. Temporal and spatial issues are important factors which the taxi drivers often consider in the real world for determining passenger distribution. A location-to-location graph model, referred to as pick-drop location and the next passenger pick-drop location is used in the system. This model is also used to calculate the trip fare from the current location and the destination location. Read More...

Design of Jig and Fixtures for Productivity Improvement of Stirrup Making Activity
-Himanshu M. Shukla ; Amitkumar S. Puttewar; Sanjay R. Ikhar
The successful running of any mass production depends upon the interchangeability to facilitate easy assembly and reduction of unit cost. Mass production methods demand a fast and easy method of positioning work for accurate operations on it. Jigs and fixtures are production tools used to accurately manufacture duplicate and interchangeable parts. Jigs and fixtures are specially designed so that large numbers of components can be machined or assembled identically, and to ensure interchangeability of components. The activity which we are considering is the “Stirrup Manufacturingâ€. Stirrups are the rectangular or square shaped frame which bounds the rods in the foundation pillars and beams. Traditionally stirrups are manufactured on a wooden platform provided with pins with respect to which the rod is bent with the help of lever. The force is applied in the form of torque and the pin works as a fulcrum point for the torque. So a special platform is being designed with jig and fixtures to improve the production rate, accuracy and comfort of the activity. Read More...

Fractal Techniques for Human Face Recognized Mail Accessor with Pattern Based Spam Filtering
-Ramyaa. A ; C. Thirumalaiselvan
High effective authentication with the purpose of log on to the email service securely and efficient spamming are taken into Consideration. Normal authentication for logging into the email service by means of username and password characters are applicable in the existing system. But it is not secure because if anyone knows the password means they can access the mail. In proposed system, authentication in the form of fractal detection and recognition after contour detection of the face using the image of the user is introduced. Since fractal detection and recognition is an unique method to identify every human being, this concept is more effective in terms of authenticating into the service. Spam mail id and keyword filtering are the methods used in the existing system. Domain and url based spam filtering are the filtering techniques used in the proposed system. Read More...

Reduction in Cost of Construction of Foundation Along With Case-Study Of Kailash Kutir
-Ayush Srivastava
Shelter is amongst the three basic human needs but now-a-days, about two-third of the total Indian population does not have their own shelter. This two-third population belongs to the middle and lower income class. These people find it difficult to construct their houses at an affordable cost by using conventional construction technology. It is found in many cases that people serve their whole life constructing their own house, but fail. The mission and dream of these people can be achieved by appropriate use of cost effective and innovative construction technology. As a whole, the housing shortage of the country can be overcome within lesser funds, without compromising with the quality control and structural stability of the structure. My this work is in continuation with the paper entitled - “Cost Effective and Innovative Housing Technologyâ€, presented in IJSRD Vol. 2, Issue – 6, pages 27-29; “Effective Use of Brick Arches, Projected Brick Arches and Brick Corbels for Reduction of Cost in Building Construction and Increase the Beauty of the Structure along with Case-Study of KAILASH KUTIRâ€, presented in IJSRD Vol. 2, Issue – 10, pages 579-581; and “Filler-Slab as a Continuous T-Beam Slab (Low Cost as Well as Increased
Strength)â€, presented in IJSRD Vol. 2, Issue – 10, pages 293-295. After application of above mentioned construction technologies there can be a substantial decrease in the amount of materials used in construction of foundation of the structure. This work shows how we would reduce the foundation work without compromising with the strength and structural stability of the structure.

Experimental Determination of Flexural Strength of Glass Fiber Reinforced Composite Laminates
-Aarthy S ; Vadivambal.R; Sharmila.C; Gowri.K; Jithmon Mathew
Aerospace industry is in need of material which has high, strength to weight ratio. Before using a material for aerospace application it is necessary to test that material as per ASTM standard. The continuous and chopped fiber composite beam was fabricated at various thicknesses (3 and 4 mm) by using the Hand lay-up technique. Many structures are often prone to bending loads, which can result in serious damage. Therefore, for structural integrity, structures must be efficient to resist bending. Flexural loading causes stresses in the composites, which vary through the thickness according to fibers so determine the flexural strength of glass-epoxy composite beam. The glass epoxy beams are cut as per the ASTM D7264 for flexural test. The structural parts subjected to bending loads causing flexural stress. The present study aims at investigating the flexural parameters of Glass-Epoxy composite beam when subjected to static flexural loading. The flexural parameters are determined by flexural test on in specimen. The loads Vs deflection graphs are plotted from which flexural strength for glass - epoxy composite beam is determined. stegnography
-Adnan hussain qazi ; Adnan hussain qazi
Steganography is the art of hiding information and an effort to conceal the existence of the embedded information. It serves as a better way of securing message than cryptography which only conceals the content of the message not the existence of the message. It also shows the comparisons between steganography and cryptography. Original message is being hidden within a carrier such that the changes so occurred in the carrier are not observable. In this paper we will discuss how digital images can be used as a carrier to hide messages. I this paper also analyses the performance of some of the steganography tools, steganography software. Steganography is a useful tool that allows covert transmission of information over an over the communications channel. Combining secret image with the carrier image gives the hidden image. The hidden image is difficult to detect without retrieval. This paper will take an in-depth look at this technology by introducing the reader to various concepts of Steganography, a brief history of Steganography and a look at some of the Steganographic technique. FIELD OF VIEW DETERMINATION AND SPATIAL CALIBRATION OF NIGHT AIRGLOW ALL-SKY IMAGES
-Rohit P. Patil ; Dr. P. T. Patil; Rupesh N. Ghodpage; S. B. Patil; Dr. D. P. Nade
the various phenomenon and structures observed in night airglow all-sky imager (ASI) images (such as, drift motions of gravity waves and plasma bubbles) these are accurately measured only after the spatial calibration of the images. While spatial calibration is a process of computing pixel to real-world unit transformations although accounting for many errors inherent to the imaging setup. Calibration of image is important when accurate measurements required in real-world units. In this paper spatial calibration includes the alignment to true north and measurement of field of view (FOV) of captured ASI images. For the spatial calibration the stars in the (ASI) image are used as a reference points which is then compared and calibrated with star catalogue image to find true north and FOV of ASI image. The spatial calibration and FOV measurement of an image is useful when the imaging setup is not stationary. This paper presents developed simple but accurate methodology for spatial calibration and FOV measurement of ASI image. The software is developed for the FOV measurement and spatial calibration by using Mat Lab 7.0. Read More...

Automatic Correction of Registration Errors in Surgical Navigation Systems
-P. NIKITHA REDDY ; G. Phani Samhitha; K. Preethi
surgical navigation systems are used widely among all ï¬elds of modern medicine, including, but not limited to ENTand maxillofacial surgery. As a fundamental prerequisite for image-guided surgery, intraoperative registration, which maps image to patient coordinates, has been subject to many studies and developments. Medical scans such as Magnetic Resonance (MR) and computed tomography (CT) are currently common diagnostic tools in surgical applications. Typically information contained in these medical scans is neither in the coordinate system of the patient as positioned in the world, nor does it reflect the viewpoint of the surgeon during an operation. Any correspondences between the medical images and the actual patient environment have to be drawn mentally by the surgeon during the procedure. The approach of medical image registration and tracking seeks to compute these correspondences automatically and then directly augment the real operating environment with the information contained in medical scans. Such an environment provides the surgeon with an enhanced ability to plan, navigate and localize throughout a surgical procedure. Read More...

A Review of Privacy Preserving in Document Clustering
-Monika Thakor ; Dharmesh Bhalodiya
Association Rule Mining from a large amount of data is one of the most important issues in data mining, because the discovered knowledge is commercially valuable. Sometimes companies involved in the similar business are often willing to co-operate each other so that they can perform data mining to extract knowledge from combined datasets. Generally the main objective behind such kind of data mining is mutual gain of all involved parties. But the company dataset contains private or sensitive data. Therefore companies may want certain strategic or private data called sensitive patterns not to be published in the database. Therefore, before the database is released for sharing, some sensitive patterns have to be hidden in the database because of privacy or security concerns. To solve this problem, sensitive-knowledge-hiding (association rules hiding) problem has been discussed in the research community working on security and knowledge discovery. , a lot of research has been completed to solve the problem. In this thesis, we will introduce an efficient algorithm to protect sensitive information. Read More...
