Transformer-Less Inverter for Photovoltaic Grid Connected Power System
-Ms. Priyanka S. Patil ; Dr. Anwar M. Mulla
This paper presents newly developed transformer-less single phase inverter for photovoltaic (PV) power system. When grid connected photovoltaic system is transformer-less, a galvanic connection between the grid and PV array exists. In these conditions, common mode leakage currents can appear through the stray capacitance in between PV array and the ground. In order to avoid these leakage current, different inverter topologies are used which generate constant common mode voltages. The two different control techniques are used to eliminate common mode leakage current. These current increase harmonics injected in the utility grid and losses. Read More...

In emerging days, robots plays a major role in industry as well as medical fields. It helps to minimize the man power and provide excellent features with minimum time. Hence, in this project we are going to introduce a new innovative technology called as brain controlled robotics. This research made into three possible paths. First we are tracking the electric pulse movement of the neural system by using a component that read the electrical signals from human brain. After tracking we need to identify the process with any one of the transformation. Here, FFT (Fast Fourier Transform)is used to process the brain wave signals. We use bio-sensor headset which digitize brain wave signal to power the user interface of computer, games and health applications. This device capture the brain waves from the fore head which may be in the form of attention, meditation and eye blinks are carried out to power existing brain controlled robot or devices. Then we can able to handle the robot in the entire environment. This device will be useful for physically challenged people and also normal people. Finally, the implementation is made for above mentioned features and technology in robot. It is named as EEG-based brain-controlled mobile robot. Read More...

Experimental Investigation on Geopolymer Concrete Under Different Modes of Curing
-Pavithran. G ; S. K. Maniarasan
Various researches are going worldwide to find a replacement to Portland cement, as it produces carbon di oxide next to the automobiles which highly pollutes the atmosphere. In addition to that large amount of energy was also consumed for the cement production. Geopolymer concrete is one of the best replacement for this issue which is pollution free and it is constitutent of many residual materials which need space to be dumped as waste. The reaction of materials containing alumino silicates with concentrated alkaline solution to produce an inorganic polymer binder is known as geopolymer concrete. It is emerged as a possible solution for using the by-products of many industries which could be utilized in manufacturing of precast structure and non-structural elements, concrete pavements, concrete products and immobilization of the toxic waste that are resistant to heat and aggressive environment. Sodium hydroxide solution of 8 Molar concentration is mixed with sodium silicate gel is used as alkaline solution. The project is to test the beam column joints prepared by geopolymer concrete of various molarity of 8M. Curing of member is done by various methods mainly open air curing, heat curing and ambient curing with thin film wrapping in which thin film wrapped curing produces more results conclusive. So further projects can be carried out by film wrap up curing in geopolymer structural elements as heat curing in structural elements is uneconomical and practically impossible. Read More...

Fabrication of Machine for Undegradable Materials
-Gaurav V. Pusdekar ; Pankaj P. Gajbhiye; Sagar T. Mangal; Amith. K; Illyas Khan
Managing waste can be challenging for industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) sectors. Organizations must deal with a wide variety of materials, large volumes of waste, and behaviors of many customers, visitors, and/or students from within and outside of the province. There is no one action that will best fit the needs of all ICI sector organizations. However, a strategic solid waste resource management planning approach will help to define solid solutions. Integrated waste resource management planning enables organizations to create a comprehensive strategy that can remain flexible in light of changing economic, social, material (products and packaging) and environmental conditions. In many cases, the most efficient and cost effective way to manage waste is to not have to deal with it at all; therefore waste diversion and waste minimization are often a primary focus for most integrated waste management plans. Specific goals and targets are defined in a plan. In many jurisdictions, the ICI sector must follow prescribed federal, provincial and municipal goals and targets as identified in acts, regulations, and by laws. Read More...

-Neeraj Ahirwar ; Prof. Ankesh Kumar Pataskar; Dr. S. K. Nagpure
Under floor air distribution systems (UFAD) have received increasing attention during the past decades due to potential advantage over conventional overhead forced air system. The diffuser inlet air velocity, Heat load inside the system, volume flow rate have major effect on the UFAD system. Here in this work we are analyzing the velocity flow behavior of air coming from the diffuser inlet in order to provide better comfort inside the system. Here it also analyzed the temperature stratification in order to maintain better thermal conditioning inside the control system. It consider the three point denoted by A, B, and C as a center of diffuser inlet, local heat source and free space position. We analyzed the velocity flow profile at all these three position in order to provide better mixing of air so that it can maintain the better human conditioning inside the system. It also analyzed the temperature distribution at different horizontal plane which is at different distance from the ground floor. It also finds the temperature difference in between different horizontal plane in order to find the better comfort conditioning. Then after it also calculate the effect of the position of the diffuser inlet on the temperature stratification and also find the optimal position of the diffuser inlet in order to provide better mixing of air inside the system, so that better comfort conditioning can be achieved. User Datagram Protocol Based Chat Application for Peer-Peer Connection
-Girish Rinayat ; Augustine Das Yeshpal; Shani Pandey; Prof. Nilesh R. Mahure
In this paper we proposed a system that a server can make the connections between clients and providing the port addresses to the clients to connect with each other. In this we have maintained security by giving port addresses so no other users can make access to the server. The UDP is a connectionless oriented transport layer protocol. Since the TCP does not provide the feature of Multicasting UDP is a widely used protocol that implement it. UDP's is stateless nature it is useful for servers that answer small queries for the large number of clients. In the this paper we propose a method to make a chat room using socket based on User Datagram Protocol (UDP) which will enables the feature of acknowledgments after every message sent[2]. It is equivalent to a dedicated chat server having a Server and n number of Clients. After the client and server set up is connect, then you can achieve many machines to communicate through peer to peer communication, multicasting. During communication taking place there is might be different system and network failures will occurring, which we have discussed and proposed a convenient solution for that. Socket programming helps to implement of bottom level of network communication, using Application Programming Interface (API). The network management model has been taken as basis for the development of the new MPLS-TP packet transport network technology. Read More...

-Shital Marne ; Vidya Walunj; Ashwini Kumbhar; Pratima Kalamkar; Amruta Patil
The issue of reassembling picture pieces emerges in numerous logical fields, for example, crime scene investigation and prehistoric studies. In the field of paleohistory, the pictorial removal discoveries are quite often through painting parts. For instance, they can be sections of painted stoneware, wall paintings, or mosaics, which must be gathered to shape the first painting. In this paper, an incorporated approach for automated colour based 2-D photograph fragment reassembly is provided. The proposed 2-D reassembly approach is divided into four steps. initially, the photograph fragments which are likely spatially adjoining are recognized making use of strategies employed in content based totally photograph retrieval systems. the second one operation is to pick out the matching contour segments for each retained couple of image fragments, thru a dynamic programming technique. the following step is to pick out the most desirable trans-formation as a way to align the matching contour segments. finally, the general photo is reassembled from its nicely aligned fragments. Techniques for Improving Visual Security and Restoring Visibility
-Aswini Prasad ; Meera Panicker P. R; Hari .S
Visual data security is ensuring that information cannot be seen by unauthorized individuals. This is particularly important when dealing with private or sensitive information, and the threat of a breach has risen enormously with the shift in working practices towards increased mobility, flexibility and shared resources. In the development in recent decades of various efficient image encryption algorithms, such as selective encryption, a great demand has arisen for methods of examining the visual security of encrypted images. Existing solutions usually adopt well-known metrics to measure the quality of encrypted images, but they often show undesired behavior on perceptually encrypted images of low quality. In this paper, we propose a novel visual security index (VSI) based on the human visual system. The proposed VSI evaluates five aspects of the content similarity between plain and encrypted images: the edge similarity extracted via multi-threshold edge detection, the texture similarity measured by means of the co-occurrence matrix, frequency analysis by means of DWT, statistical analysis by means of histogram and intensity by means of pulse amplitude. These five components are further integrated to obtain the proposed VSI through adaptive similarity weighting. Then visibility restoration techniques are used to regain the visibility of the image. Automated Water Tank Filled Control
-Sumit R. Patel ; Jaydip D. Shiyal; Ismail K. Pota
the drinking water crisis in India is reaching alarming proportions. It might very soon attain the nature of global crisis. Hence, it is of extreme importance to preserve water. In home based water tank, the one problem is very common to us that the control of water level of overhead tank, as a result the wastage of water is increasing day by day. But we all know water is very precious to us. This problem can be controlled by a simple electronic circuit consists with some cheap electronic components, that circuit is called ‘Water Level Indicator’. The operation of water level controller works upon the fact that water conducts electricity. So water can be used to open or close a circuit. As the water level rises or falls, different circuits in the controller send different signals. These signals are used to switch ON or switch OFF the motor pump as per our requirements. Water Level Indicator is a simple low cost circuit. First we introduced this circuit from the web. There the circuit is made with various components like transistors (BC547.BC548) Resistors, Led and etc. After we discussed that how to make the circuit without transistors and after we calculate that we got the result, beside we got help from our teacher about this circuit. At last we got a simple circuit without transistor and it shows result. We removed the transistors to make the circuit cheap and easy installation to all. The other liquid control circuits, which we have seen those are very critical than this circuit. Read More...

High Speed Clustering Scheme for High Dimensional Data Streams
-Sudeesh S ; M. Suresh
This paper presents a novel high speed clustering scheme for high dimensional data streams. Data stream clustering has gained importance in different applications, for example, in network monitoring, intrusion detection, and real-time sensing are few of those. High dimensional stream data is inherently more complex when used for clustering because the evolving nature of the stream data and high dimensionality make it non-trivial. In order to tackle this problem, projected subspace within the high dimensions and limited window sized data per unit of time are used for clustering purpose. We propose a High Speed and Dimensions data stream clustering scheme (HSDStream) which employs exponential moving averages to reduce the size of the memory and speed up the processing of projected subspace data stream. The proposed algorithm has been tested against HDDStream for cluster purity, memory usage, and the cluster sensitivity. Experimental results have been obtained for corrected KDD intrusion detection dataset. These results show that HSDStream outperforms the HDDStream in performance metrics, especially the memory usage and the processing speed. Read More...

Battery Electric Vehicle and Applications
-Nikhil Anil Shinde
a battery electric vehicle (BEV) is a widely used type of electric vehicle (EV) that uses chemical energy stored in rechargeable battery packs. BEVs are becoming more attractive with the advancement of new battery technology that has higher power and energy density and allowing matching the requested autonomy and vehicle dynamics. However, EVs are still not competitive with conventional vehicles, in terms of limitation on the driving range caused by current power battery technology. Therefore, energy efficiency is one of the most important factors for battery electric vehicles (BEVs) because they are highly dependent on the aforementioned limitations. Hence, low-speed BEVs, which are for urban transportation, can be considered a promising solution. Electric vehicles (EVs) and their application raise new questions and demands. Accordingly, the charging process of electric vehicles is a novelty in everyday life when using such vehicles. Read More...

-Shalini Dogra ; Amit Sehgal
Character Recognition has been a significant area of study in Artificial Intelligence. The concept of Character Recognition became famous in recent times due to its many applications such as in printed postal addressing, filling of a variety of forms, multiple choice questions in certain examination and so on. OCR suggests to the technique of photo scanning of the text character-by-character, analysis of the scanned picture and then changing of the character image into information that a machine can easily read. e.g. organizations and libraries taking physical replicas of books, magazines, or other old printed material and utilizing OCR to place them into computers. Segmentation is the crucial and most complex part of OCR process, and it gets more difficult with handwritten text because of different writing styles and fonts used. Devanagari character recognition is more complex as it is having various loops, conjuncts, upper and lower modifiers and the number of disconnected and multistroke characters. This paper presents a comparative analysis of various character recognition techniques in terms of their accuracies and also their features, classifier and findings as well. Read More...

-Pratik P Wankhade ; Shubhangi D Bawankule; Shubham Pullawar; Pranjali A Harde; Smita N Bahade
In order to control the demand for the use of Portland cement as well as to increase the durability of structure, although commercial admixtures are available, that imparts additional cost for the construction projects. The use of supplementary cementitious material in production of concrete can result in major saving of energy and cost. It also helps to improve strength, durability, impermeability and chemical resistance of concrete, because material is finer than cement. The present study focuses on the evaluation of the influence of fineness of supplementary Cementous material on properties of concrete. The present study investigates the effects of fineness of Ground Granulated Blast furnace slag and micro silica on M-30 grade concrete. The experimental program is designed to find the compressive, flexural and split tension strength of concrete by partially replacing the cement in concrete production. The replacement levels of cement by GGBS and Micro silica are selected as 30 % and 10% respectively for constant water cement ratio of 0.4. Current experimental study shows that replacement of cement by GGBS and micro silica gives higher strength due to different finesse. For all mixes the average strength of 28 days for respective test specimen is found to be increase by 20% for GGBS and 30% for micro silica. Read More...

Implementation on Methodology of Direct and Indirect Discrimination Rules for Prevention of Larger Data in Data Mining
-Ashwini C Gote ; Shrikant Zade; Namrata Khade
Data mining is most necessary technology for extracting useful knowledge and valuable data in large collection of information. There having some negative social aspects about data processing such as invasion, potential privacy, and potential discrimination. The latter consist of affair or unequally treating people on the basis of their cast, religion or specific community. Automatic knowledge collection and data processing techniques such as classification rule mining have paved the way to making automated decision, like loan granting or denial, insurance or premium computation etc. If the given data sets having with discriminatory (sensitive) attributes like gender, race, religion, community, etc. For this reason, antidiscrimination techniques including discrimination discovery and prevention are introduce in data processing .Discrimination either direct or indirect. Here, we tried for solution to prevent discrimination in data processing and will try to bring new techniques applicable for direct and indirect discrimination prevention separately at the same time. We discussed how to clean training data sets and outsourced data sets in such a way that direct/indirect discriminatory decision rules are converted to non discriminatory classification rule. Also we bring new metrics to gauge the utility of planned approaches and compare these approaches. The proposed techniques are effective at removing direct/indirect discrimination biases in the original data sets while preserving data quality. Read More...
