Concentrating solar Power (CSP) may be a free and naturally accessible energy that has the potential to become the most supply of electricity within the future years. No alternative fuel is needed to run the plant solely sun energy is sufficient; thence no emission of greenhouse gases. With the full annual 2000kWh/m2 direct traditional Irradiance (DNI) is present; the world needed for production of 100MWe of electricity is around 2 kms. Bharat receives a mean annual DNI of regarding1950kWh/m2 that is higher as compared to alternative countries and is appropriate to run the CSP plant. In 2015 the investment value of CSP plant is regarding $3705/k We because the CSP doesn't needed any fuel it will overcome the ability crisis of Bharat. During this paper the benefits of CSP has been targeted. Read More...

The aim of the project is to creation and developed also the appliance Automatic Wall Painting Robot. Which helps of remote operated and which helps to low cost painting machine. It is despite the advances in machineries and its wide spreading applications, interior wall painting has shared little in research activities. The equipment remote is either connected as wire or wireless technology. The disadvantages as like the painting chemicals can cause hazards to the human painters such as eye and respiratory system problems. Also the nature of painting procedure that requires repeated works and hand rising makes it's boring, more time and also the more effort consuming. When the constructions workers and also the machines are properly integrated in building tasks. The whole constructions process can be better managed and savings in human labour and timing are obtained as a consequence. In addition, it would offer the opportunity to reduce or eliminate human exposure to difficult and hazardous environments, which would solve most of the problems connected with safety when many activities occur at the same time. These factors motivate the development of an automated machining painting system. Read More...

-Pragati Chandankhede ; Bhavesh Bhanushali; Subhajit Charit; Dipesh Chaudhari
Nowadays, Preserving Privacy of User in this Developing Modern World is still challenging. One of the Area on which we are focusing is Location Based Services (LBS). With the increase of Location-Enabled Mobile devices and the advances of wireless communication, use of Location Based Services (LBS) has increased which has attracted considerable interest recently. Aiming at this challenges, we are proposing a system model which will secure the Location and Preserve Privacy of User. Before providing security, User's Location is accessed anonymously and transmitted through unsecured path to the Server. In this system, before sending the location directly to the server, our system will first encrypt the location using LBS Query algorithm and then Outsourced to the server so that the server will be unable to interpret the Location of User. Hence a Registered user can get accurate Services without revealing his/her location information to the LBS Provider and confidentiality of data is preserved. Read More...

-Arun. R ; A. R. Mahesh Kumar; M. Sakthivel; S. Kaviarasan; V. Malaiyarasan
Due to the increasing demand for fossil fuel and more liberation of pollutants in environment, a number of renewable sources of energy have been studied worldwide. Non-edible oil contains toxic components, which make them unsuitable for human consumption. An attempt is made to assess the suitability of vegetable oil for diesel engine operation, without any modification in its existing construction. Biodiesel is a clean and renewable fuel which is considered to be best substitution for diesel fuel. In order to achieve this, Biodiesel was prepared from the non-edible oil of mango seed by transesterification of the oil with methanol in the presence of NaOH as catalyst. The important fuel properties of biodiesel produced from mango seed oil, like viscosity, flash point, fire point, calorific value and emission should be found out to compare with the properties of Indian standard biodiesel for its use. RC Robot DustO 1.0
-Kshitij N. Bhandari ; Priyanka N. Kasbe; Chaitali L. Sarwar; Nilesh S. Bramhane
Solar modules are the integration of photovoltaic cells. PV cells convert the solar energy from the sun to electric energy. These solar modules or solar panels are a non-conventional alternative source of energy. As these modules/panels are exposed to the sunlight in atmosphere, there is a constant accumulation of dirt on their surfaces. This causes a loss in the EER (energy efficiency ratio) of the modules/panels. Therefore, it is a need to keep the modules/panels clean. But it is not possible to clean these modules/panels manually when in large numbers or on a commercial scale. So, DustO is a remote controlled robot that reduces these human efforts for cleaning solar modules/panels. Read More...

A Review Paper on Magnetic Power Transmission System
-Shrikant Gosavi ; Pratik Gite; Gaurav Wagh; Chandrakant Patil; Prof. Parashar .S .S
Contactless mechanical components are mechanical sets for conversion of torque/speed, whose gears and moving parts do not touch each other, but rather they provide movement with magnets and magnetic materials that exert force from a certain distance. Magneto-mechanical transmission devices have several advantages over conventional mechanisms: no friction between rotatory elements (no power losses or heat generation by friction so increase of efficiency), no lubrication is needed (oil-free mechanisms and no lubrication auxiliary systems), reduced maintenance (no lubricant so no need of oil replacements), wider operational temperature ranges (no lubricant evaporation or freezing), overload protection (if overload occurs magnet simply slides but no teeth brake), through-wall connection (decoupling of thermal and electrical paths and environmental isolation), larger operative speeds (more efficient operative conditions), ultralow noise and vibrations (no contact no noise generation). All these advantages permit us to foresee in the long term several common industrial applications in which including contactless technology would mean a significant breakthrough for their performance. In this work, we present three configurations of contactless mechanical passive components: magnetic gears, magnetic torque limiters and superconducting magnetic bearings. We summarize the main characteristic and range of applications for each type; we show experimental results of the most recent developments showing their performance. Read More...

-Karthik. S ; Karthikayani; Manigandan; Dhanush. K
The main objective of this paper is to predict a suitable drug for the patient based on his/her side effects. We focus on the fact that, the drug should not aggregate the patient's pre suffering side effect. Thus through a hybrid machine learning technique, we classify and cluster the drug from the data sets and prescribe the patient with a suitable drug. The presented approach utilizes the perspective of data analytics to investigate the effect of drug distribution in the feature space, categorize side effects into several intervals, adopt suitable strategies for each interval and construct suitable data models accordingly. In this paper, we have proposed Support Vector Machine algorithm and K-Means clustering to achieve the desired results. Read More...

Pneumatic Door Operation System in Trains with Cogeneration
-Saurabh Shakya ; Sagar Pagar; Nikhil Abhade; Vivek More; Pritesh Bhavsar
Global demand for transportation has exceeded the available capacity. In today's context of climate and pollution concerns, it is no longer possible to meet demands by increasing the physical capacity of transportation networks. Instead, we need more innovative solutions and this can be enabled by technology. The railway industry has embraced technology at a slower pace than other modes of transportation. Across most of the Americas, Europe, and Asia, planning and operating trains is still a human-intensive process. So the question is: can advanced control and automation deliver substantial benefits to railway operators? Historically, many transportation systems have been human intensive, but are benefitting from an amazing level of automation today. About 100 years ago, cars were steered using a tiller, and speed controlled by a hand-held throttle. The starter, carburettor, choke valve, were all manually operated. Today, most of these functions have been automated. With autonomous cars, almost incredibly, driving itself has been automated. As these cars become main stream, they will free up the chauffeur space (that is an increase in throughput) and also open our minds to the amazing possibilities of automation. As we understand the cause-effect relationship between the parts of a complex system, we can automate their operation. Railways are ready for such an evolution. Increasing railway infrastructure capacity is an expensive proposition, and doesn’t guarantee proportional increases in efficiency. Despite a 75 billion dollar investment in railways in the US between 2009 and 2013, the American Institute of Civil Engineers assessed railway infrastructure and graded it C+. A much cheaper alternative is to supplement existing infrastructure with advanced sense-analyse-control. In India, we know that the current dispatching methods draw upon over 100 years of organizational experience, and are as efficient as humanly possible – but the key word here is 'humanly'. The beauty of automation lies in always finding that last drop of performance that may be missed by an inexperienced, distracted, or tired human dispatcher. Our calculations show that extracting just 5-7% additional throughput from Indian Railways may be worth as much as 10,000 crore rupees in additional revenue. Read More...

Today's engineering world more competition of product produce in very less time, at the same time the products are becoming smaller but smarter more powerful effective, so we can designing multi saddle clamp die. Previously a single cavity die is used for manufacturing saddle clamp. In that die at time of a bending only one clamp is manufacture and another die the blanking operation are carried out at the blank sheet of a saddle clamp is produced and both end of these sheet having circular hole are formed with help of punch. But during this single cavity die the bending operation is performed at one clamp hence more time is required for manufacturing saddle clamp and for another die the blanking operation only one producing hole but as per requirement they require both circular and cylindrical holes in one die hence die is design in such a way that the both holes are produced in a blanking die. In another die the bending operation is carried out first or previously a single bending operation is performed then one saddle clamp is bending but the requirement is that in bending operation multi-saddle clamp is produced. -Karthigai Selvi. P ; Priyadharshini. S; Raghul. S. P; Dinesh Babu. E. S
This study is aimed at replacing a portion of fine aggregate by using plastic fines in laying perpetual pavements. As the demand of soil to be used as fine aggregate is increased in recent times, this method of replacement serves as a boon. Since plastic is a non-biodegradable material it can be recycled in this way, which is a safe disposal of waste plastics. In flexible pavement construction plastic coated aggregate showed better binding property. They do not absorb much water, have better flexibility which results in less rutting and less need for repair. Road surfaces remain smooth and absorb sound better. Optimum binder content is determined using Marshall mix design for the asphalt concrete mixed with plastic fines. Read More...

YOLO Object Detection Implementing Tensorflow
-Aubhropratim Manna ; Arihant Jain; Satyam Agarwal; Ms. G Abhinaya; Naveem Bakshi
In this paper we display YOLO(you just look once), another way to deal with object detection and classification. Earlier work on protest discovery repurposes classifiers to perform recognition. Rather, we outline protest location as a relapse issue to spatially isolated bouncing boxes and related class probabilities. A solitary neural system predicts jumping boxes and class probabilities specifically from full pictures in a single assessment. At 67 FPS, YOLO gets 76.8 mAP on VOC 2007. At 40 FPS, YOLO gets 78.6 mAP, outflanking cutting edge strategies like Faster RCNN with ResNet and SSD while as yet running fundamentally speedier. At long last we propose a technique to mutually prepare on question identification and grouping. Utilizing this strategy we prepare our form of the YOLO at the same time on the COCO discovery dataset and the ImageNet order dataset. Our joint preparing enables YOLO to foresee location for protest classes that don't have marked identification information. We approve our approach on the ImageNet identification assignment. YOLO gets 19.7 mAP on the ImageNet recognition approval set in spite of just having discovery information for 44 of the 200 classes. On the 156 classes not in COCO, YOLO9000 gets 16.0 mAP. In any case, YOLO can recognize something other than 200 classes; it predicts location for in excess of 9000 diverse protest classifications. Despite everything it keeps it keeps running progressively. Read More...

In India, most of land use for agricultural purpose which produces semi-finished product or goods. Groundnut also one of the agricultural semi-finished goods. Groundnut is grown on small scale farmers in developing countries like India. The average kernel price is approximately twice the price of pod. Lack of groundnut processing machines, especially groundnut Sheller, is a major problem of groundnut production, especially in our country India. In the beginning the peanuts were separated from its shells by the workers. They simply decoct the groundnut by their hands and separate the peanuts from its shell. The output got from this method, was very low and it does not fulfill the market demand because it was very time consuming process. A research-work for design, fabricate, and performance evaluation of a groundnut Sheller consisting of feed hopper with a flow rate control device, shelling unit, separating unit and power system. The performance of the machine was evaluated in terms of throughput capacity, shelling efficiency, material efficiency and mechanical damage. Regression models that could be used to express the relationship existing between the Sheller performance indices, pod moisture content and feed rate were establish. This paper describes about the design and fabrication of various components of groundnut Sheller machine. Hence in this design of various parts are necessary, and design of various parts due to which the design quality of those parts will be improved. Overall, this project involves processes like design, fabrication and assembling of different components etc. By keeping the point in our mind, we think that we should make such a machine, whose production capacity is more & machine gets operated on 1 H.P. electric motor instead of manual work. The new and small former or business man can start their business by investing less capital. So working on the above points, we design and fabricate a new medium production capacity machine and today we proudly present this machine called groundnut Sheller machine. Read More...

Preserving Privacy of Association Rule Mining in Horizontally Partition Database
-Mitali R. Jawarkar ; Mohseen Ahmed
Data mining is very important and most growing area today and that is used to find or extract important knowledge from large data collection. These data collection are partitioned among various sites or parties. Privacy may avoid the parties from directly sharing the data. So, we use a protocol for preserving privacy of association rule mining in horizontally partition database. The current leading protocol is Kantarcioglu and Clifton as known a K & C protocol. This is based on unsecured distributed version of the apriori algorithm named as Fast Distributed Mining (FDM) algorithm of Cheung et al. The main part of this protocol has two novel secure multi- party algorithm one that computes the union of private subset that is each of interacting player hold and another that tests whether an element held by one player is included in a subset held by another. In that setting there are various sites or player that hold homogeneous database, means that share the same schema but hold the information on different entities. The main goal of this is to find out frequent itemsets and association rule with minimum support threshold and minimum confidence threshold. Data mining association rule technique is used for discovering or finding interesting relations in large database. Support is how frequently a specific item or itemsets are present in database and confidence is an indication of how often the rule has been found to be true. This protocol offers enhanced privacy with respect to early protocol. In addition it is not complicated and it is very vary effective in the terms of communication cost, communication round and last computational cost. Read More...

-Vignesh P ; Sridharan A; Mahesh Kumar AR; Sakthivel M
Diesel engine plays a vital role in the automobile and heavy duty applications due to its reliability a high performance, even though diesel has many advantages it has its own drawback as it is a renewable source will deplete soon. The depletion of fossil fuel must be resolved by finding a better replacement for diesel without affecting the performance of the engine. So we produce lemon grass oil as a biofuel for an alternative source but in viscosity was a problem to used was in diesel engine, so we go for the transesterification process which reduces the viscosity dramatically. Once preparing lemongrass biodiesel add the nanoparticles through sonification process. By adding nanoparticles to the biodiesel to enhance the heat transfer rate. Such a biodiesel can be used in single cylinder direct injection diesel engine with compression ratio 16.5 carry out the performance and emission characteristics. Read More...

Examination Absorption Scheme
-Miss. Shivani A. Bihade ; Miss. Puja N. Uplenchwar; Miss. Priyanka A. Badhiye; Miss. Ashwini P. Polade; Mr. Ashish D. Chavhan
As we know since 2011, the syllabus and the examination scheme of SGBAU, Amravati has been changed, so the failure students of earlier schemes faces so many difficulties during examination as they don’t know for which subject they have to appear for the examination as their old subjects are now merged into the subjects of new scheme with some other name and also with the other syllabus. This concept of merging of older subjects into new ones is called as Equivalence or Absorption Scheme. On university website this absorption scheme is saved at places where students are not generally reachable and with so many unusual terms that students are generally not aware of. So, the proposed system makes this task very easy and provides the students very user friendly interface where they can easily understand which subject they have to appear for and on which date along with the complete syllabus. Design and Analysis of Run Flat RIM
-D. Karthikeyan ; S. Balamurugan ; M. Ganesh
Our project is DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF RUN FLAT RIM. This project is to design and develop the mechanism for run flat Tyre for mechanical system design (MSD) subject. Run flat tyre is to keep the vehicle run to the nearest shop to repair the tyre. Usually when the tyres puncture, it will be permanently deformed during travel. The tyre will wear out and the tread of the tyre become thinner than usual. This uses up energy and therefore increases fuel consumption, road noise and eventually leads to puncture. Tyre with reduced rolling resistance, deformation is reduced by the use of special materials on the rim surfaces. Sometimes, the temperature and the weather affect the tyre tremendously such as hot summer and the road when it's raining. I have the ones that are self-supporting the weight of the car and helps the driver during sudden break down of the car, it can support perfectly the weight of the car in the event of a puncture. The special materials on the running surfaces are thicker than on regular tires, thus allowing the tyre to withstand the weight of the vehicle and provide continuous driving to the nearest workshop or our home. The renewable energy resources become very popular and commonly used now a days. An example of a clean renewable energy resource is the energy generated using photovoltaic (PV) systems. As a result of using PV as a renewable energy resource, components of PV such as an inverter become widely used for this purpose and in order to enhance the maximum obtained power from PV, different methods were used to achieve the desired power, where it become a very considerable to use different methods to achieve desired maximum power received from PV. The main goal of this manuscript is to introduce the idea of using photovoltaic system, along with its components (sizing of arrays, charge regulator ratings, inverter ratings and other related information),for a specific load, to achieve a design generates power up to 50kw from solar PV system. Company provided details of the available area of the rooftop. Solar irradiation data will be utilized to the estimate the annual energy output as well and the cost per KWh of electricity generated from a specific PV system using ret screen software. Economic indicators such as internal rate of return, the payback period, the net present value, the annual life cycle savings, and the cost renewable energy production will be considered as well. As per our scenario of working we can make supply to the power grid if extra energy is generated and also display the real time status on the mobile application about all the power management system using Internet of Things and ESP8266 Module.
