Securing Internet Banking Transaction in Network Security
-Karuppasamy ; Priyadharshini. N; Ramya. T
To detect attack against the hashed password databases using honeypot algorithm. For every user account the legitimate password is stored as several honey words in order to sense impersonation. If honey words are selected and processed properly then cyber attacker who steals a password cannot be sure if it is a real password or a honey word for any account. Moreover while entering through honey word login will trigger an alarm by notifying the Administrator out the password breach. We propose to minimize or overcome these problems by performing the makeover of real online banking system into a large honeypot armed with honey tokens. At the expense of increasing storage requirements, we introduce a simple and effective solution of password file disclosure events. In this study, we suggest an alternative approach that selects the honey words from existing user passwords in order to provide realistic honey words – perfectly a flat honey word generation and also to reduce storage cost of honey word scheme. High Performance Concrete and its Applications in the Field of Civil Engineering Construction
-Abhishek Singh
Concrete as a construction material is widely used in India with annual consumption exceeding 100 million cubic meters. Conventional Ordinary Concrete which is designed on the basis of compressive strength does not meet many functional requirements since it is found deficit in aggressive environments conditions, time of construction, energy absorption capacity, repair and retrofitting jobs etc. So, there is a need to design High Performance Concrete (HPC) which is far superior than conventional concrete. High Performance Concrete exceeds the properties and constructability of normal concrete. These specially designed concretes are made up of normal & special materials which enable it to meets the general performance requirements in a particular structure. Special mixing, placing, and curing methodologies may be required in order to produce such type of concrete. When the general performance of concrete is substantially higher than that of normal type concrete, such concrete is regarded as high performance concrete. High-performance concrete has been primarily used in the construction of tunnels, bridges, pavements, high rise building structures because of its strength, durability, and high modulus of elasticity. High Performance Concrete has received increased attention in the development of infrastructure such as buildings, industrial structures, hydraulic structures, bridges, highways etc. leading to utilization of large quantity of concrete. This paper presents the general introduction of high performance concrete, its categorization, its composition and its applications in various civil engineering constructions. Read More...

The project title is "Productivity Improvement in Rear Header of Scorpio". The project is based on the process of 'Spot welding' which is used in the assemble Mahindra Scorpio rear header part. In Mahindra CIE Automotive Nasik Welding of DG0020N takes place at the sub assembly shop. The DG0020N part is the product of welding together two parts. Whenever there is a welding operation, resistance spot welding is used. It aims at developing a pneumatic system in place of a manually operated system to reduce cycle time and operator fatigue of the process and quality of the product. The previous process is completely dependent on the operator’s judgment, which makes it prone to many defects. It is also possible that these defects are not detected visually on the quality checks, but reduce the life of the weld. Aim of this Project is to replace existing traditional hand clamps by pneumatic clamping system. This reduces the time and subsequently increases productivity and reduces operator fatigue. -Amit J Gujarati ; Mitul K Monpara; Jugal Mistry
Concrete is the widely used material in construction around the world and cement, a major constituent of concrete is being costly and only moderately available, researches or experiments are conducted to study the variations in the strength characteristics of concrete by replacement of cement partially or fully by cheaper or locally available materials. Ceramic waste powder is settled by alleviation and then dumped away which results in environmental pollution, in addition to forming dust in summer and menacing both agriculture and public health. Therefore, utilization of the ceramic waste powder in various industrial sectors especially the construction, agriculture, glass and paper industries would help to protect the environment. In this research study the cement has been replaced by ceramic waste powder accordingly in the range of 10% 15%, 20% b weight of M30 grade. Concrete mixtures were produced, tested and compared in terms of compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength to the conventional concrete. These tests were carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties for 7, 14 and 28 days. This research work is concerned with the experimental investigation on strength of concrete and optimum percentage of the partial replacement by replacing cement via 10%, 15%, 20%, of ceramic waste. Utilization of Ceramic Waste Replacing Coarse Aggregate to Produce Self-Compacting Concrete
-Jayesh Prajapati ; Kalpesh Prajapati; Pinkesh Prajapati; Nikunj Patel
Concrete is a versatile engineering composite material made with cement, aggregates and admixtures in some cases. Cement and coarse aggregate are two important constituents of concrete. Several studies were conducted to find an effective replacement for these raw materials of concrete with different goals such as reduced cost, increase workability and gain high strength. Due to the day by day innovations and developments in construction field, the global consumption of natural aggregates is very high and at the same time production of solid wastes from the demolitions and manufacturing units are also very high. Ceramic waste is the least expensive of all the concrete constituents and is much less expensive than natural aggregates and sand, thus the idea is to replace as much of the natural aggregates as possible to save money and to reduce the amount of disposable wastes, as well, but care has to be taken in order not to weaken the concrete by adding too much ceramic. In ceramic industry about 5-10% production goes as waste in various processes while manufacturing. (This waste percentage goes down if the technology is installed in the new units.) This waste of Ceramic Industries dumped at nearby places resulting in environmental pollution causing effect to habitant and agricultural lands. Self-compacting concrete is a highly flow-able type of concrete that spreads into the form without the need for mechanical vibration. Self-compacting concrete is a non-segregating concrete that is placed by means of its own weight. An attempt has been made to study the behavior of SCC with ceramic waste powder and understands the effect of the mineral admixtures on fresh & hardened properties of SCC and also investigates the compatibility of ceramic waste in SCC along with chemical admixture such as super plasticizers. Design and Simulation of Chassis on ATV
-K. N. Muzamil ; S. Simhachalam; P. Saiteja; G. Rajesh; G. Manikanta
ATV stands for All Terrain Vehicle which is specially designed for off-road driving. As these are used for very rough terrain, jumps, small scale forestry, border patrol, deserts and these are fun to drive so chassis has to be designed to withstand static and dynamic loads. Earlier ATV’s are built with ladder frame and back bone chassis which were heavier and lack protection. To overcome from this problem we are redesigning the chassis of the ATV in solid works, meshing and simulation of the chassis is done in ANSYS software. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was utilized to determine the maximum stress and displacement of the frame when a particular load is applied onto it. Structure modifications need to be done if the chassis frame could not sustain the applied load. We began the task by conducting extensive research and hence the type of chassis we used is "TUBULAR SPACE FRAME" due to its advantages and withstanding capabilities. The results are provided in form of graphs by analyzing in ANSYS software. After the design process is completed, the fabrication of the frame is conducted by students of the engineering faculty. The fabricated frame will be used as the main part for a project of which a complete ATV will be developed. Read More...

-Nitish Kumar ; Shubham Singhal; Virendra Pal Singh; Kuldeep Saraswat
This paper reveals the fabrication of Electromagnetic clutch braking system with IR sensor. Automotive vehicles are increasingly being equipped with collision avoidance and warning system for predicting collision with an external object, such as another vehicle or a pedestrian. Upon detecting a potential collision, such system typically initiates an action to avoid the collision and/or provide a warning to the vehicle operator. The braking system consists of IR transmitter and receiver circuit and the vehicle. The IR sensor is used to detect the obstacle. There is any obstacle in the path, the IR sensor senses the obstacle and giving the control signal to the microcontroller, which in turn send signal to the motor to stop and also to the solenoid so as to stop the vehicle as programmed. An electromagnetic clutch is a device used to make and brake contact from the transmission operate electrically but transmit torque mechanically. An electromagnetic braking system uses magnetic force to engage the brake but the power required for braking is transmitted manually. The disc is connected to a shaft and the electromagnet is mounted on the frame. The eddy current is created by the relative motion between a magnet and a metal (or alloy) conductor. The reverse magnetic field is induced which results in the deceleration of motion. This proposed the mechanism which implements this phenomenon in developing and electromagnetic clutch and braking system. This reduces complication to control of clutch and brakes. Read More...

Secure Attribute Based Encryption with Valid Outsourced Decryption
-Surya Suresh ; Sherin Peter
Cloud computing is the on-demand delivery of compute power, database storage, applications, and other IT resources through a cloud services platform via the internet with pay-as-you-go pricing. Cloud users data security is very essential need of the cloud computing. The technique of cryptography provides the way for data security in cloud. Attribute based encryption is a special kind of encryption that supports complex access control over encrypted data. But the decryption using personal devices increase complexity. Outsourcing the encrypted data to a third party will overcome this problem. Even though the outsourcing reduces complexity, it is not possible to trust the third party. So security of the data used for outsourcing is important. This paper uses the concept of partial outsourced decryption. It allows the proxy (third party) only to perform the partial decryption. The receiver can do the remaining decryption by simple operations. Thus the proxy does not learn anything about the encrypted message. It is very essential that the correctness of outsourced decryption must be verified. RCCA-secure and CPA-secure are two systems used for verifying the correctness of the outsourced decryption. Even though the system is secure there may be chances of attack that unauthorized user attempts to access files. This paper introduces a blocking mechanism that blocks the one who perform unauthorized access. Read More...

Bacteriostatic Hybrid Clay Composites for Disinfection of Water Metal-Doped
-Lav Kumar Kasaudhan ; Amarendra Kumar Gupta; Niranjan Kushwaha; Sumit Prajapati; Ashutosh Mishra
This study reports the facile microwave-assisted thermal preparation of novel metal-doped hybrid clay composite adsorbents consisting of Kaolinite clay, Carica papaya seeds and/or plantain peels (Musa paradisiaca) and ZnCl2. Fourier Transformed IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscopy and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) analysis are employed to characterize these composite adsorbents. The physicochemical analysis of these composites suggests that they act as bacteriostatic rather than bacteriacidal agents. This bacterostactic action is induced by the ZnO phase in the composites whose amount correlates with the efficacy of the composite. The composite prepared with Carica papaya (PS-HYCA) provides the best disinfection efficacy (when compared with composite prepared with Musa paradisiaca peels-PP-HYCA) against gram-negative enteric bacteria with a breakthrough time of 400 and 700 min for the removal of 1.5 × 10â¶cfu/mL S. typhi and V. cholerae from water respectively. At 10³ cfu/mL of each bacterium in solution, 2 g of both composite adsorbents kept the levels the bacteria in effluent solutions at zero for up to 24 h. Steam regeneration of 2 g of bacteria-loaded Carica papaya prepared composite adsorbent shows a loss of ca. 31% of its capacity even after the 3rd regeneration cycle of 25 h of service time. The composite adsorbent prepared with Carica papaya seeds will be useful for developing simple point-of-use water treatment systems for water disinfection application. This composite adsorbent is comparatively of good performance and shows a relatively long hydraulic contact times and is expected to minimize energy intensive traditional treatment processes. -F. Justin Dhiraviam ; M. Naveen Kumar; C. Prakash; R. Sabari Karthick; M. Surya Prakash
The present heterogeneous combustion engine results in incomplete combustion and uneven heat distribution of the engine cylinder. This results in high Nox formation, CO and unburned hydrocarbon emissions (UHC).The emissions can only be improved by catalytic treatments but it results in a high cost. Therefore, we have introduced Porous Medium (PM) to overcome this above problem. The main objective of using porous medium in IC engines is to achieve homogeneous combustion, it leads to lean burn combustion due to increased heat transfer co efficient ,high heat capacity and large surface area of porous medium. So that the temperature inside the cylinder decreases resulting in lower Nox and Co formation. Read More...
