the activity request. The gap between the activity request and the connection limit, alongside time-shifting connection conditions, brings about poor administration nature of video streaming over portable systems, for example, long buffering time and irregular disturbances. Utilizing the distributed computing innovation, we propose another versatile video streaming system, named AMES-Cloud, which has two primary parts: AMoV (adaptive mobile video streaming) and ESoV (efficient social video sharing). AMoV and ESoV develop a private agent to give video streaming administrations proficiently to every portable client. For a given client, AMoV lets her private agent adaptively alter her streaming stream with a versatile video coding strategy in light of the criticism of connection quality. Likewise, ESoV screens the interpersonal organization communications among portable clients, and their private operators attempt to pre-fetch video content ahead of time. We execute a model of the AMES-Cloud system to exhibit its execution. It is demonstrated that the private agent in the cloud can successfully give the versatile streaming, and perform video sharing based on the social network analysis. Read More...

Power consumption becomes essential for future. Solar grass cutter is a very useful device which is simple in construction. It is used to maintain and upkeep lawns in gardens, schools, colleges etc. We have made some changes in existing machine to make it application easier at reduced cost. Unskilled operator can easily operate this machine. Solar grass cutter is used to cut the different grasses for the different application. One more application of our project is to spray the fertilizer with the help of fertilizer sprayer. A fertilizer sprayer (not to be confused with fertilizer spreader) is a piece of equipment that can cover field with liquid fertilizer. This doubles the field’s crop yields. Fertilizer sprayer are small and somewhat cheap but the fertilizer they use expensive. In agriculture sector, spraying of fertilizer is an important task to protect the crops from insects for obtaining high yield. However, farmers have been mainly using traditional conventional techniques like hand operated and fuel operated sprayer system for spraying pesticides. Fuel is expensive and in many places fuel may not be available. If hand operated spray systems are used, the labor productivity decreases and the efficiency will be low. The use of solar energy system is an alternate solution for these limitations. Hence, a solar powered agricultural fertilizer sprayer is designed and fabricated. The system was designed and fabricated by considering parameters like desired spraying capacity, low weight, low cost, user-friendly nature, high operating time and for faster coverage of area. Thus, the solar sprayer was fabricated to be a value for money product in the agricultural sector. Read More...

-Deepak Tiwari ; Vivek Singh; Mrs. Meenu Garg
Many environmental forces, such as information, technology, and new decision-making strategies, have caused organizations to move towards integrating employee work teams into their structural makeup. One such environmental force is the shift from the industrial worker to the knowledge worker as a result of the information boom (Drucker, as cited in LaRue, Childs, & Larson, 2004). With the speed, availability, and accessibility of information, a need to share knowledge within organizations has been a prime driving force for creating an atmosphere of teamwork. Technology advancements make it possible for social capital to be as strategically important to organizations as intellectual capital. Never in history has the technological infrastructure made it so easy to implement collaborative strategies such as cross-functional teams, self-managed teams, committees, and virtual work groups. The way decisions are made transformed from a top management activity to a responsibility of all employees (LaRue et al., 2004). These forces, among others, have created a need for employees to work together, formally or informally, in order to share information and employ interdependency as a means for accomplishing organizational. -Vivek Deshmukh ; Faiyyaz Khan; Nikita Khadse; Jagruti Gadhewe; Namrata Telrandhe
Women's safety is one of the largest concerns in India. Every time we turn on the news channel or pick up a newspaper, we learn of a different woman who was murdered, raped, beaten up or fallen victim to an acid attack. In such a country, where even getting on the bus without being groped is difficult, the simplest of measures make a large difference. Police launched the Buddy Cop to help working women feel safer. This system basically makes use of WhatsApp to connect police offers to women in an attempt to help them reach out to someone in the fastest way possible. Here's how it works: Whoever wishes to be a part of the Buddy Cop initiative registers at their nearest police station. They are added to a WhatsApp Group of the same police station. The admin of each group is your buddy cop and can be contacted at any time. If the particular cop is off duty, they he/she can assign someone else to you, thus making the service available 24/7. If help is needed in a different area, which is not under the jurisdiction of your buddy cop, they inform the police station nearest to you and send someone for help. Read More...

Now-a-days technology has developed to a large extend. At the same time the need for systems with automation and high security are preferred. So, by using one of the best technologies available we have designed a prepaid electricity meter using Arduino and GSM for commercial and domestic purposes. Traditional meter reading for electricity consumption and billing is done by human operator from houses to houses and building to building. This requires huge number of labor operators and long working hour to achieve complete area reading and billing. Human operator billing are prone to reading errors as sometime in houses the electricity power meter is placed in location where it is not easily accessible. Labor billing job is sometime also restricted and is slowed down by bad weather conditions. By using this system we can avoid such problems. Read More...
