An Introduction to Quantum Computing
-Girish Dave ; Prof. Yogendra Patel; Prof. Bijal Parmar; Dr. Neha Mistri; Dr. Nidhi H. Divecha
Quantum Computers are being developed with the challenge to take advantage of physics which predicts end of Moores law for the classical computers and quantum tunneling. In a classical computer, there are 4 billion transistors in a single chip available now a day. It is observed by Moores law that number of transistors doubles in every 18 months. So in nearby future, to control the flow of electron with the number of transistor in a single chip, will leads to physical limitation because of quantum physics. Thin transistors have no ability to stop electron flow rather particle wave duality of an electron gives it ability to pass through barrier wall or in other words, electrons appears at either side of a barrier wall. This property of a single electron sometimes called quantum property of the electron. A quantum computer gives exponential speed when adding one more qubit to a system. This makes quantum computers thousand times speedier than combined speed of the super computers in todays world for the specific problems solving. However quantum computers are not an alternate to classical computers but it can be used for a specific purpose like drug discovery, security of a data or air traffic controlling. Read More...

-Prof. A. B. Game ; Mr. Nayan D. Jadhav; Mr. Rushikesh R. Kamlakar; Mr. Vishal V. Pawar; Mr. Akshay K. Zinjurde
A trencher (machine) is a device used for digging trenches, used for laying pipes & cables, for setting up drainage or in preparation for trench warfare strategy. Also irrigation is very necessary for cultivation of crops. Usually rivers are far from agriculture-lands, which creates difficulty to irrigate. To overcome this problem of irrigation, pipeline have been developed which connects river with agriculture-lands. In present days, it has been followed manually with heavy machines, which results in high economic costs and time. Trenchless methods are attractive solutions in areas where difficult ground conditions exist, high groundwater table, or urban settings with highly congested infrastructure render open trench excavation highly undesirable. Such settings may include pipeline routings under a river, heavily travelled roadways, or railroad line. Read More...

Analysis of a Solar Wind Integrated Energy System using Sepic Converters
-S. Senthilrani ; B. Ashok Kumar
This paper introduces, Design and Analysis of hybrid solar wind energy system using two SEPIC converters. Wind energy is among the worlds fastest growing sources of energy. Solar energy has the greatest potential of all the sources of renewable energy when other sources have depleted. The power Electronics play crucial role of conversion and control of electric power. Therefore power electronics based power converters are also broadly used in renewable energy systems. This project presents a new system of configuration of the rectifier stage topology for a hybrid wind/ photovoltaic energy system in order to simplify the power system and reduce the cost. This configuration allows the two sources to supply the load separately or simultaneously depending on the availability of the energy sources. The proposed design is the fusion of two SEPIC converters. The inherent nature of these SEPIC converters eliminate the need for additional input filters to eliminate high frequency harmonics. Harmonic content is determined for the generator lifespan, heating issues and efficiency. The fused multi input converter stage also allows maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm to be used to extract maximum power from the sun when it is available. When a source is unavailable or insufficient in meeting the load demands. The other energy sources can compensate for the difference. The proposed design is mathematically modelled which is simulated via MATLAB software. Read More...

-Rushikesh Satish Khoje ; Prof. Snehal Gholap; Rahul Sakharam Khemnar; Abhijit Karbhari Mandlik; Shriram Sharad Raut
The World Health Organization (WHO) has certain standards for drinking water quality with regard to organic, inorganic and microbial species. Its range lies in between 20-100 TDS. Solar driven reverse osmosis desalination of brackish water reduces operational cost and improves environmental sustainability. Small-scale photovoltaic-powered reverse osmosis (PVRO) desalination plants can provide fresh water to remote communities that do not have sufficient natural sources. For these systems to be practical, they must be both technically and economically feasible. So, we are modifying the conventional RO system by using natural elements and at final stage we are going to make water alkaline by using various natural elements which is healthier for the human body. Photovoltaic solar energy powered reverse osmosis system can be the best option in the schedule and isolated areas at the world that are suffering from a shortage of electricity and pure drinking water. The efficiency of such system is more concern in the areas where the water sources are very limited so, we are focusing on the performance of the system to increase system efficiency and improve feasibility of the RO system. Desalination of Sea Water using Both Electrodialysis and Reverse Osmosis as Complementary Methods
-Chethan Marol ; Akash Fharsi; Amitkumar Nagar; Sanjay Vandal; Sourabh Gramapurohit
Desalination process separates nearly salt free water from sea or brackish water. So, desalination process is becoming a solution for water scarcity all over the world. Two membrane methods of water desalination namely Electrodialysis (ED) and reverse osmosis (RO) are used in this study as complementary methods. The results show that both ED and RO can be used as integrated system. This system is economic and cost effective compared with each individual method provided using the ED system before the RO. In this study, it was approved that seawater can be used as it is an electrolyte. In a world faced with increased urbanization, population growth, climate change and degradation of water supplies, the importance of a reliable source of technology to provide fresh water emphasizes the importance of seawater desalination. Over the years a variety of seawater desalination methods have been developed throughout the world. The most common technologies available for desalination around the world are membrane reverse osmosis (RO), thermal distillation (TD) and Electrodialysis (ED).The shortage of drinking water is a major problem in the global. In these areas, it is essential to make use of water from underground reservoirs, most of which are over exploited and suffer from saline contamination given their proximity to the sea. The desalination of brackish water (salt water) is a means of obtaining low cost drinking water. Electrodialysis is a technique based in the transport of ions through selective membranes under the influence of an electrical field. This technique has proved its feasibility and high performance in the desalination of brackish water, the desalting of amino acids and other organic solutions, effluent treatment and or recycling of industrial process streams and salt production. Detection of Sentiment Tweets by using NLP Technique and Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm
-Mr. Shubham Laxman Redekar ; Mr. Sanket Subhash Barapatre; Ms. Shubhangi Adhikrao Patil
Millions of users share opinions on diverse aspects of life and politics every day using micro blogging over the internet. Microbloging websites are rich sources of data for belief mining and sentiment analysis. In this dissertation work, we focus on using Twitter for sentiment analysis for extracting opinions about events, products, people and use it for understanding the current trends or state of the art. Twitter allows its users a limit of only 140 characters; this restriction forces the user to be concise as well as expressive at the same moment. This ultimately makes twitter an ocean of sentiments. Twitter also provides developer friendly streaming. We scuttle datasets over 4 million tweets by a custom designed crawler for sentiment analysis purpose. We propose a hybrid naïve bayes classifier by integrating an English lexical dictionary to the existing machine learning naïve bayes classifier algorithm. Hybrid naïve bayes classifies the tweets in positive and negative classes respectively. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of hybrid naïve bayes on multi-sized datasets consisting of variety of keywords over existing approaches yielding >90 percent accuracy in general and 98.59 percent accuracy in the best case. In our research, we worked with English; however, the proposed technique can be used with any other language, provided that language lexicon dictionary. Read More...

Research Paper on Machine Learning and Augmented Reality based Writing in Air
-Manaswi Batra ; Garima Arora; Bhoomi Gupta
We use our hands constantly to interact with things: pick them up, move them, transform their shape, or activate them in some way. With the advancement of modern technologies areas related to robotics and computer vision, real time image processing and Object Tracking has become a major technology under consideration. By using open source computer vision library (OpenCV for short), an image can be captured on the bases of its hue, saturation and color value (HSV) range. The basic library functions for image handling and processing are used. Basic library functions are used for loading an image, creating windows to hold image at run time, saving images, and to differentiate images based on their color values. I have also applied function to threshold the output image in order to decrease the distortion in it. While processing, the images are converted from their basic scheme Red, Green, and Blue (RGB) to a more suitable one that is HSV. This project was an attempt at developing an object detection and tracking system. The project delivers an implemented tracking system. It is stable and is applicable as a stand alone system. In this project, we design a real-time human computer interaction system based on hand gesture. The whole system consists of three components: hand detection, gesture recognition and human-computer interaction (HCI) based on recognition. Considerable effort has been put towards developing intelligent and natural interfaces between users and computer systems. This is done by means of a variety of modes of information (visual, pen, etc.). The use of gestures as means to convey information is an important part of human communication. The automatic recognition of gestures enriches Hu-man–Computer Interaction by offering a natural and intuitive method of data input. Also, we summarize and discuss the main works proposed so far with particular interest on how they treat the temporal dimension of data, their high-lighting features, and opportunities and challenges for future research. The overall model is designed to be a simple gestural interface prototype for various PC applications. Read More...

Highly Secure Method for Image Transmission using Image Segmentation, Permutation and Multi Encryption Technique
-Pratibha Pradhan ; Mr. Rasmiranjan Samantray
In present times, the protection of multimedia data is becoming very important. The protection of this multimedia data can be done with encryption. There are so many different techniques should be used to protect confidential image data from an unauthorized access. In this paper, we are using same encryption technique. Here we are using more than one encryption algorithm. First we apply segmentation process to divide the image in to 2n equal parts, and then we add n bits to each image parts to identify it uniquely. These image parts are encrypted through encryption algorithm. For each image part we are using different encryption key. Encryption key depends on additional bits. After encryption we are sending image parts through the network. At the receiver side first we extract the additional bits then we apply decryption algorithm into the image parts with the help of appropriate Decryption key. Read More...

Enabling Efficient User Revocation Identity based Cloud Storage Auditing for Shared Big Data
-Shubham Patil ; Sampada Deshmukh; Jasmine Agasimani; Gaurav Kanade
Cloud storage auditing schemes for shared info raise checking the integrity of cloud info shared by a gaggle of users. User revocation is typically supported in such schemes, as users might even be subject to cluster membership changes for varied reasons. Previously, the procedure overhead for user revocation in such schemes is linear with the complete vary of file blocks possessed by a revoked user. Remote info integrity checking permits a data storage server, says a cloud server, to sway a protagonist that it is extremely storing an information owners knowledge honestly. To date, style of Remote info integrity checking protocols area unit planned among the literature, but most of the constructions suffer from the matter of a flowery key management, that is, they suppose the precious public key infrastructure that might hinder the preparation of Remote info integrity checking in observe. throughout this paper, we have got an inclination to propose a greenhorn construction of identity-based (ID-based) Remote info integrity checking protocol by making use of key-homomorphic subject primitive to cut back the system quality and so the value for establishing and managing the overall public key authentication framework publically key infrastructure based totally Remote info integrity checking schemes. We have got an inclination to formalize ID-based Remote info integrity checking and its security model likewise as security against a malicious cloud server and zero knowledge privacy against a third-party protagonist. The planned ID-based Remote info integrity checking protocol leaks no information of the keep info to the protagonist throughout the Remote info integrity checking technique. The new construction is tried secure against the malicious server among the generic cluster model and achieves zero knowledge privacy against a protagonist. full security analysis and implementation results demonstrate that the planned protocol is demonstrably secure and smart among the real-world applications. We have got an inclination to increase this work with cluster Management with Forward Secrecy & Backward Secrecy by Time length & Recovery of File once info Integrity Checking Fault Occur.
