Automatic Tyre Inflation System
-Shubham Sanjay Sarode ; Prof. R. R. Charthad
Driven by studies, if there is a drop in tire pressure by a few PSI can result in the reduction of gas mileage, tire life, safety, and vehicle performance. We have developed an automatic tire inflation system that ensures the tires are properly inflated constantly. Our design proposes and successfully implements the use of a compressor which is centralized and will supply air to all four tires through hoses and a rotary joint which is fixed between the wheel spindle and wheel hub at each wheel. The rotary joints effectively allow air to the tires without the tangling the hoses. With the recent oil price hikes and growing concern of environmental issues, this system addresses a potential improvement in gas mileage; tire wear reduction; and an increase inverse. Read More...

-Vinod S Bhaskarwar ; Mandar Avhad; Saroop Nair; Sanket Shirke; Akash Shinde
Refrigeration is the science of the producing and maintaining temperature below that of the surrounding atmosphere. This means the removing of heat from a substance to be cooled. Heat always passes downhill from a warm body to a cooler one, until both bodies are at same temperature. Not only pemisable today many human work spaces in offices and factory building are air conditioned and a refrigeration unit is the heart of the system. The evaporation carried away heat and cooled water. This system was used by Egyptian and by Indians in the south west. Natural ice from lakes and rivers was often cut during winter and stored in caves, straw lined and later in sawdust insulated building to be used as required. Though these methods of cooling all make used of natural phenomena they were used to maintain a lower temperature in a space or product and may properly called refrigeration. Nowadays there is need of more compact system as people are looking for smaller and less complicated system. Also due to increasing pollution and global warming, there is utmost need of less polluted and eco-friendly and compact refrigeration system in day to day life. And the most possible system that engineers are looking for is Vortex Tube Refrigeration System. Read More...

The SC Linked List - An Alternative Approach of the Linked List Data Structure
-Prateek Agrawal
Utilizing doubly linked list rundown in inserted frameworks or embedded system can be costly. Albeit doubly connected is productive as far as time multifaceted nature and very adaptable in itself, empowering simple traversal and refresh, yet it frequently requests more memory space contrasted with other rundown information structure – this is because of the space required for the additional pointers, multiplying the sum required for a separately connected rundown. In this paper, we present the S-connected rundown – a half and half of the idea of the independently connected rundown and the round connected rundown. The half and half gives an information structure that is like the unrolled connected rundown, but instead than have a cluster in every hub, we have a separately connected rundown. An examination of the space unpredictability and asymptotic time multifaceted nature of the calculation was completed. Read More...

Healthcare Analysis using Smart Meter Data
-Yanala Sai Gowtham ; Nelli Sowmya; Mr. G. Vinesh
As we know that, there is a rapid raise in the count of the population relocating to urban areas. Health care services is one of the most challenging features that is greatly affected by the vast inrush of people to city centres. Cities are currently adopting massive digital transformation in an effort and support to provide a healthier environment. Most of homes are being furnished with smart devices (e.g. smart meters, sensors etc.) which generate massive volumes of fine-grained and indexical data that can be analysed to support smart city services. This paper proposes a model that exploits smart home big data in order to analyse and discover the changes in energy usage in house holders behaviour for health care application to detect health problems. Here we used cluster analysis, frequent pattern and prediction process. Since peoples habits are mostly identified by everyday routines, evaluating these routines makes us to recognise abnormal activities that may indicate peoples difficulties in taking care for themselves, such as not preparing food or not using shower/bath. The human activity datasets which are generated by the smart meters are mined using the Big Data algorithms. The results of identifying human activity patterns from appliance usage are presented in details in this paper along with accuracy of short and long term predictions. Read More...
