-Mr. N. Nagendra Kumar ; G. Vamshi; Jayanth Sai Akshay. T; K. Mailagiri; P. Aditya
Non-destructive testing is a different kind of tests which are used to learn about the physical properties of specimens. By the other techniques like tensile testing and hardness testing the specimen is destructed after the experiment but in this testing type the specimen is not destructed. There are eight different NDT methods: Visual Inspection, Microscopy, Radiography, Dye penetrate, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current and Acoustic Emission. These methods are only separated in application technique. We used two different types of methods for our testing, Liquid penetration test and Magnetic particle testing. Non-destructive Testing is one part of the function of Quality Control and is Complementary to other long established methods. By definition non-destructive testing is the testing of materials, for surface or internal flaws or metallurgical condition, without interfering in any way with the integrity of the material or its suitability for service. Development of Adjustable Steering System
-Mayur Balaso Jamdar
The main aim of the paper is to develop a adjustable Trackwidth, Camber and Kingpin Inclination in Steering Mechanism of Go-Kart. Instead of using Aniok, we use Hinge Joint in steering mechanism. Conventional steering involve either the Ackermann or Davis steering system which has major disadvantages that it can’t take minimum radius turn. We try to solve the problem of fixed Trackwidth, Camber and Kingpin Inclination by using Heim Joint. The main purpose of this project is to reduce the turning radius and to improve the performance of vehicle during different tests as well as reduce the efforts on the steering wheel. To increase the quality performance of vehicle on straight and turning track Trackwidth, Camber and Kingpin Inclination is needed. To overcome the problem like need of camber, kingpin inclination during turning or straight track, we need the adjustable trackwidth, camber and kingpin inclination in steering mechanism. Data Hiding with the Help of Cryptography and Steganography
-Juhil P. Zalavadiya
Nowadays, security over the transmission of information is the major concern due to the likelihood of attacks and other unethical changes during active communication over the network. However, the confidentiality of the secret message can be secured using either cryptography or steganography. Cryptography is the science of using mathematics to encrypt and decrypt data; the message is converted into some meaningless form, and then the encrypted message or data are transmitted through transmission-channel. While steganography is the method of hiding communication. In steganography, the message is embedded in a harmless-looking cover such as image, audio, text file, etc. But alone cryptography or steganography cannot provide a better security approach. So, a new method based on the combination of both cryptography and steganography can overcome each other's weaknesses and make difficult for intruders to attack or breach the security. In this paper, a new encryption technique is used in order to enhance security. Read More...

Large Scale Data Analytics of User Behavior for Improving Content Delivery
-Amanpreet Kaur ; Sukhpreet Kaur
The Internet is fast becoming the de facto content delivery network of the world, supplanting TV and physical media as the primary method of distributing larger files to ever-increasing numbers of users at the fastest possible speeds. Recent trends have, however, posed challenges to various players in the Internet content delivery ecosystem. These trends include exponentially increasing traffic volume, increasing user expectation for quality of content delivery, and the ubiquity and rise of mobile traffic. For example, exponentially increasing traffic—primarily caused by the popularity of Internet video—is stressing the existing Content Delivery Network (CDN) infrastructures. Similarly, content providers want to improve user experience to match the increasing user expectation in order to retain users and sustain their advertisement based and subscription-based revenue models. Finally, although mobile traffic is increasing, cellular networks are not as well designed as their wireline counterparts, causing poorer quality of experience for mobile users. These challenges are faced by content providers, CDNs and network operators everywhere and they seek to design and manage their networks better to improve content delivery and provide better quality of experience. Worm Propagation Simulation System Oriented Description Language
-Manish Khule ; Neha Sharma
Software simulation is one of the most common methods to study worm propagation. However, simulation process and software interface, which lack unified description, cause inefficiencies of worm propagation simulation. In order to achieve a unified description for worm propagation simulation process, we propose a Worm Propagation Simulation Description Language (WPSDL), which characterizes the software interfaces and parameters of each module in simulation process in a unified way. Meanwhile, we develop a simulation system of worm propagation oriented our presented language. In this system, we use related commands of the description language as interactive instructions, and then implement worm propagation simulation for different types of network worms. In addition, we conduct a series of experiments to analyse the impacts of worm propagation mechanism and network topology structure. The experiments show that increasing infection ability and scanning rate can improve the propagation scale significantly, and the propagation delay can influence the outbreak time and explosion intensity of worm propagation. The experiments not only provide support for the study of worm propagation mechanisms, but also verify the practicability of the description language and the simulation system. Read More...

As a result of Rapid development of innovation and populace in India, there is an immense interest for development material for the most part for normal sand, recently over the top utilization of sand caused natural conservative irregularity. To conquer these impacts huge alterations are being done in development industry, for example use of by items as a substitution of fine total. In the present investigation COPPER SLAG which is a result gotten during generation of copper by refining is utilized as a substitution of F.A. And furthermore to expand the mechanical properties of cement various kinds of strands are added to the solid blend. The HOOKED END STEEL Fibers are added to the solid to improve the mechanical properties. As a few scientists has presented Steel fiber strengthened concrete(SFRC) for its characteristic prevalence over typical plain and fortified cement for its higher flexural quality, better elasticity and modulus of break, better flexibility and weakness obstruction, split opposition. This near examination is completed on quality properties among SFRC and traditional cement because of supplanting of F.A with copper slag. An exploratory examination was completed to assess the mechanical properties of Steel fiber strengthened concrete by substitution of sand (F.A) with copper slag for various grades (M30, M40). Tests are directed with 1% expansion of snared end steel strands having angle proportion 60 and substitution of copper slag by 0%, 10%....with an interim of 10% where ideal quality is accomplished at 50%,40%. A Review on Lubrication and Its Importance
-Raghunandan M S ; Sanjay S C
It is known since ages that oils and greases reduce the friction between sliding surfaces, by filling the surface cavities and making the surfaces smoother. Action of liquids/greases known as lubrication. In other words, lubrication is a process by which the friction and wear rates in a moving contact are reduced by using suitable lubricant. Lubricant is a substance introduced between relatively moving parts to reduce friction (μ = 0.1 to 0.0001) and wear rate. The progress in scientific research indicated that reduction in friction occurs due to decrease in adhesion component of friction compared to abrasion component of friction. Almost every relatively moving component in an assembly requires lubricant. Read More...

A Parametric Study of Optimization of Castellated Beam with Stiffener
-Mr. Chetan Thakur ; Mr. Ashwin Hardiya
Castellated beams are steel beams with web opening and they gain its advantage due to its increased depth of section without any additional weight. However one consequence is the presence of web opening which leads to various local effects like shear and deformation. Use of castellated beams is very popular now days to its advantageous structural applications. These beams are fabricated by cutting the web of hot rolled steel I section into zigzag pattern and therefore rejoining it over one another. The opening is made hexagonal, circular, diamond or square in shape. In this study is considering structural performance of the beam, the size and diamond shape of openings is provided in the web are always an important issue concern. the research work is carried out in optimizing size of castellated beam with diamond opening have reported that castellated beams fail mainly by local failure modes and stress concentrations at opening edges. In this paper steel I section ISMB 150 is selected and castellated beams are fabricated such that depth of the beam is 1.5 times of the original depth. The beam is analysed using Finite Element Analysis (ABQUS) also by Eurocode for different opening sizes and results obtained is experimentally validated. Two point loads is applied and load carrying capacity of the beam with and without stiffener is studied. Stiffener is introduced diagonally, double Vertical stiffener in transverse direction on web opening along the shear. A Review: Placement Prediction using Machine Learning
-Shivaji Waghmode ; Salve B. S; Amol Kharade; Manoj Kharade; Sajjan Sorate
Engineering students are skeptical about what they want to pursue after graduation. Students studying in engineering colleges feel the exigency to know where they stand in comparison to others, and what kind of placement they would get. When a student enters final year, the T&P offices comes but they are of no use to a student planning for future studies. Prediction about the student’s performance is an integral part of an education system, as the overall growth of the student is directly proportional to the success rate of the students in their examinations and extra-curricular activities. Therefore, there are many situations where the performance of the student needs to be predicted, for example, in identifying weak performing students and taking actions for their betterment. The students having no platform to check current position and build their strengths. To achieve a better accuracy and a system that learns with every wrong prediction it has made, we intend to use Machine Learning and here we use two different machine learning classification algorithms, namely Naive Bayes Classifier and KNearest Neighbors [KNN] algorithm which will cause a continuous accuracy growth. We want to develop such system which student can use to know there current status using this web application. To ensure effective results, the model will be trained on a real data set and a vast number of qualitative as well as quantitative parameters will be considered. Read More...

A huge shortage is created in most of the construction materials especially cement, resulting in steady increase of price. Moreover cement industry creating environmental problem by emission of CO2 during manufacturing of cement. There are lots of environmental impacts of cement on our ecology. With increasing demand and consumption of cement, researchers and scientist are in search of developing alternate binders that are ecofriendly and contribute towards waste management. The utilization of industrial and agricultural waste produced by industrial processes has been the focus of waste reduction research for economical, environmental, and technical reasons. One of the agro waste sugar cane bagasse ash (SCBA) which is a fibrous waste product obtained from sugar mills as byproduct. Sugar-cane bagasse is a fibrous waste-product of the sugar refining industry, along with ethanol vapour. On the other side Sugar cane bagasse ash generated in sugar mill creating environment issue as most of the part is used as a land fill. Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) is partially replaced with finely sugarcane bagasse ash. It mainly contains aluminum ion and silica. Sugarcane Bagasse Ash was obtained by burning of Sugarcane at 600 to 800 degree Centigrade and the Bagasse Ash were then ground until the particles passing the 150 micron. This waste, utilization would not only be economical, but may also result in foreign exchange earnings and environmental pollution control as industrial wastes, such as blast furnace slag, fly ash and silica fume are being used as supplementary cementing materials (SCMs). -Lahane Sachin Rajaram ; Dargude Rahul R; Kadam Bholenath N; Jondhale Harshad P; Prof. Gujrathi. T. V
Recent trend of manufacturing processes, like Industry 4.0 (I4.0), strive to replace existing manual systems with fully self-controlled, reconfigurable processes to improve the overall production system. This paper develops a strategy to track closely the production, reduce the manual control and efficiently monitor the bottling process of a small beverage plant by implementing I40 basic concepts such as decentralization and real-time data analyses. A Siemens S7-1200 PLC communicating via Ethernet TCP/IP with a ZENON SCADA Human Machine Interface (HMI) was used to simulate the operations of a bottling process. The proposed strategy, developed by modeling bottling production as a time function, allows supervisors to be free from manually configuring bottling process parameters and monitor production steps directly on the SCADA with relevant information. This optimizes production time by reducing users' interferences with the overall process. At the end of the paper, the experimental results were graphically plotted to illustrate the benefits of the proposed strategy. Read More...

Utilization of Advance Geopolymer in Concrete: A Review
-Ruchi Bopche ; Praveen Tomar; Vinay Chandrakar
For the construction of any structure, Concrete is the main material. Concrete usage around the world is second only to water. The main ingredient to produce concrete is Portland cement. On the other side global warming and environmental pollution are the biggest menace to the human race on this planet today. The production of cement means the production of pollution because of the emission of CO2 during its production. To deliver ecological well-disposed concrete, we need to supplant the cement with some different binders which ought not to make any terrible impact on the earth. The utilization of modern side-effects as folios can lessen the issue. In this regard, the new innovation geo-polymer cement is a promising strategy. As far as diminishing an unnatural weather change, the geopolymer innovation could lessen the CO2 emanation to the environment brought about by cement and aggregates industries by about 80%. In this study we are reviewing literatures related to utilizing advance geopolymer in concrete. Read More...

Psychosomatic diseases due to effect of the urbanization and environmental stress on the people in Delhi-NCR have been studied with an objective to assess and to explore the coping strategies adopted by the people to combat the outcomes of Urban Environmental Stress. It can be indicated that though people described the city as pleasant, a high level of stress is still perceived and its major reasons are: noise, waste accumulation, polluted air with smoke, unhealthy environment along with accumulated stress due to negations thoughts and emotions. It is crucial for the wellbeing of the inhabitants to lower down the effect of stresses, so that the life in the city can be livable and of good quality and to heal Psychosomatic diseases like mood, anxiety disorders, loss of memory, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, thyroid, chronic pain & arthritis, migraine, respiratory disorder including asthma, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, sleep disorders, kidney problems, allergies, muscular atrophy etc. are more prevalent in city dwellers and the incidence of schizophrenia is strongly increased in people born and raised in cities. In the present study, it will be shown using Psycho Neurobics, an innovative techniques designed by my Guru and guide Dr. Chandrashekhar Tiwari, founder president of SIGFA Institute of Research and Development, Faridabad, Haryana, India that urban upbringing and city living have dissociable impacts on social evaluative stress processing in humans. The results of this study will identify distinct neural mechanisms for an established environmental risk factor, link the urban environment for the first time to social stress processing, suggest that brain regions differ in vulnerability to this risk factor across the lifespan, and will indicate that experimental interrogation of epidemiological associations is a promising strategy in social neuroscience. A Review on Preload Decay in Threaded Fasteners Application
-Tejas Mukund Nesarikar ; Prof. U. M. Rawat
The Nut and bolt assembly used in various mechanical applications are to be studied to find out decay happening due to vibrations applied to it. In this project I aim to study various combinations of threaded fasteners used in particular application such that decay due to vibrations could be explored. A significant advantage of a bolted joint over other joint types, such as welded and riveted joints, is that they are capable of being dismantled. This feature however, can cause problems if it unintentionally occurs as a result of operational conditions. Such unintentional loosening, frequently called vibrational loosening. It is important for the Designer to be aware of the bolt loosening mechanisms which can operate in order to design reliable joints. This research describes the dissertation work of studying the behavior of loosening mechanism considering the bolt preload decay. After review of literature it was concluded in this review that the most occurring root cause of loosening is side sliding of the nut or bolt head relative to the fastened joint, resulting in the relative motion occurring within the threads. If this does not occur or can be prevented, then the loosening of bolts can be reduced. Read More...

Encryption/Decryption Scheme for IoT Communication to the Avoidance of Man-in-the-Middle Attack
-Prashant Singh ; Sakar Gupta
This paper proposed a secure technique for data encryption and decryption for In-ternet of Thing (IoT) communication. The main aim of this research is to sort out the issue of Man-in-the-Middle attack. Currently, it becomes difficult to secure data from attacker as they can easily uncover the encryption key. Therefore, an algorithm is suggested here for random key generation for data encryption and decryption. In this algorithm, principle of spiral wheel is used for rearranging the character sequences to produce ciphers. It changes the sequence of characters in a particular sequence. It is based on the concept of centroid of the sequence to ob-tain the median of the pattern based on even and odd numbers. This method comes into Symmetric key algorithms. It produces a highly reliable and secured communication interface for IoT to prevent from the attacks. Read More...

A Review on Experimental Investigations of Mechanical Properties of Composite Material used for a Manufacturing Industry Application
-Mr. Amit Rajiv Malekar ; Prof. Patil R. M.
In this research composite material is manufactured by using hand layup method and mechanical properties are investigated. By using natural fibers with the epoxy and graphite fibers, the mechanical properties of the composite material show better results. Tensile strength and bending strength after testing found is very high as compared other composite material with natural fibers. At the end it is found that this graphite/epoxy/coconut coir composite material is feasible for the mechanical application. Also it is found that tensile and bending strength is high. Fiber-reinforced polymer composites have played a dominant role for a long time in a variety of applications for their high specific strength and modulus. The fiber which serves as a reinforcement in reinforced plastics may be synthetic or natural. Past studies show that only synthetic fibers such as glass, carbon etc., have been used in fiber-reinforced plastics. Although glass and other synthetic fiber-reinforced plastics possess high specific strength, their fields of application are very limited because of their inherent higher cost of production. In this connection, an investigation has been carried out to make use of coconut coir, a natural fiber abundantly available in India. Natural fibers are not only strong and lightweight but also relatively very cheap. Read More...
