The Auto Body Straightening Equipment responsible not only for the removing dents and straightening of auto body from front and rear side. It also uses to remove the dents of vehicle at all type of the commercial vehicle and light duty vehicle. In this project we are designing the straightening equipment which will be used in multi-direction. The mechanical force dent is remove successful. A frame straightening Equipment consists of a platform large enough to hold a car, SUV or pickup truck, and two or three upright posts or towers that can be rotated 360-degrees and moved along the platform perimeter to work on different areas of a vehicle frame. The most up to date machines use computerized line-of-sight lasers or sonic senders to assess a cars frame and diagnose how much damage it has sustained. These diagnostics are used to determine whether the vehicle is repairable, and to provide an estimate of how long the repair should take, which is necessary to calculate the cost. This on-board measuring equipment is also used to ensure that a repair is performed accurately. In today’s auto market, there are no any equipment is available for straightening of all types of Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) in manner of height, width and length. Our problem statement is focused on manufacturing of multipurpose vehicle frame straightening equipment which exerts forces on front and rear side. With this it will also add straightening from top side. This will be addition of available Equipment’s. This equipment will be used for auto body straightening machine. The body or frame of any auto body which was damaged or has to repair in any collision is needed to straighten to maintain its performance and stability. This equipment will help to service station work for easy and adjustable straightening work. Read More...

The main concept of this project is the zero-point fuel consumption. The magnetic force principle is the basic requirement to work for electromagnetic engine. The general property of magnet that is attraction and repulsion forces are converted into mechanical energy. The useful output is rotating motions and the application is based on electromagnetic engine which various from different fuel. The electromagnetic engine should be ideally perform exactly the same as that of internal combustion engine. The engine, the strength of the field is controlled by the amount of windings. This design applies the power every fourth stroke some as normal does now. It utilizes only repulsive force that allows field to dissipate completely, and have no restrictive effects on the rising piston. The main advantages of electromagnetic engine are that if is pollution free and internal part like valves and cam – followers can be avoided. Also no manifolds are required since there is no fuel flow. The challenges faced in designing an electromagnetic engine is that is has to be as efficient as an internal combustion. Read More...

The importance of improving the distribution structure of the products has increased worldwide over the past few years. Distribution prices are therefore now disclosed and information about the product is shared with consumers. Distribution channels, however, are complex and supply chain management (SCM) is conducted autonomously in each company. For this reason it has been frequently pointed out that the method of distribution is not straightforward and the margin of distribution high. In this paper we propose a system that ensures drug delivery process transparency by implementing blockchain and monitoring portion of supply chain management systems. This approach enables businesses to monitor their trades by improving SCM transparency, thus preventing businesses from excessive profits. Moreover, by automatically storing delivery data in a blockchain network and handling information more efficiently, organizations can cut management costs. Therefore, businesses can minimize management costs by automatically storing delivery data in a blockchain network and handling information more safely. And our solution to this problem is to monitor the system right from the manufacturer to the customer, minimizing counterfeiting of the drug that the manufacturer produced. This system is mainly useful for the manufacturer as compare to other modules of the system. Read More...

To Study the Effect of Seismic Behavior of Beam-Column Joints in R.C.C Structure
-Ritesh Kumar Upadhyay ; Anil Pratap Singh; Anoop Singh; Sahil Ali Wani; Moahd Mansoor
In the analysis of reinforced concrete moment resisting frames the joints are generally assumed as rigid. In Indian practice, the joint is usually neglected for specific design with attention being restricted to provision of sufficient anchorage for beam longitudinal reinforcement. This may be acceptable when the frame is not subjected to earthquake loads. There have been many catastrophic failures reported in the past earthquakes, in particular with Turkey and Taiwan earthquakes occurred in 1999, which have been attributed to beam-column joints. The poor design practice of beam column joints is compounded by the high demand imposed by the adjoining flexural members (beams and columns) in the event of mobilizing their inelastic capacities to dissipate seismic energy. Unsafe design and detailing within the joint region jeopardizes the entire structure, even if other structural members conform to the design requirements. Since past three decades extensive research has been carried out on studying the behaviour of joints under seismic conditions through experimental and analytical studies. Various international codes of practices have been undergoing periodic revisions to incorporate the research findings into practice. The paper is aimed at making designers aware of the theoretical background on the design of beam column joints highlighting important parameters affecting seismic behaviour of joints. The seismic design philosophy relies on providing sufficient ductility to the structure by which the structure can dissipate seismic energy. The structural ductility essentially comes from the member ductility wherein the latter is achieved in the form of inelastic rotations. In reinforced concrete members, the inelastic rotations spread over definite regions called as plastic hinges. During inelastic deformations, the actual material properties are beyond elastic range and hence damages in these regions are obvious. The plastic hinges are ―expected‖ locations where the structural damage can be allowed to occur due to inelastic actions involving large deformations. Hence, in seismic design, the damages in the form of plastic hinges are accepted to be formed in beams rather than in columns. Mechanism with beam yielding is characteristic of strong-column weak bebehaviour in which the imposed inelastic rotational demands can be achieved reasonably well through proper detailing practice in beams. Therefore, in this mode of behaviour, it is possible for the structure to attain the desired inelastic response and ductility. On the other hand. Read More...

Use of Municipal Solid Waste Incinerator Bottom Ash as Coarse Aggregate in Concrete
-Gaurav Kumar Jaiswal ; Ashish Kumar; Neha Singh; Rajan Singh; Anil Pratap Singh
The leaching of municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) bottom ash has been studied at different stages of natural weathering. Bottom ash samples, originating from a single incinerator, included grate siftings, unquenched, quenched, 6-week-old & 12-year-old bottom ash. The particles with diameter > 1mm present in the bottom ash of MSWI were characterized by identifying the main constituent materials. This characterization may be used to evaluate the potential applications of bottom ash & its environmental hazards, & to evaluate the possibilities of recycling its main components. The effectiveness of the voluntary recycling programs of bottom ash can also be assessed. The main components of the bottom ash are glass, magnetic metals, minerals, synthetic ceramics, paramagnetic metals & unburned organic matter. The 4-25mm size fraction accounts for approximately 50% of the bottom ash weight & comprises mainly glass (>50% of this fraction), synthetic ceramics (26%) & minerals (>8%), & thus appears to be suitable for reuse as secondary building materials or for glass recycling. Magnetic metals accumulate in the 1-6mm particle size fraction (6% of this fraction). Read More...

The scenario of cleanliness with respect to garbage management is degrading tremendously. Proper garbage management techniques are very crucial to stop the garbage menace which has spread everywhere especially in cities. With this condition of garbage crisis there is a need of applying a method that improves the garbage problems. Therefore, we are developing a framework to detect garbage level using IoT based on sensors and web applications. There will be an automatic bin in this project, for the storage of garbage this auto-bin will automatically open when anyone approaches to it for throwing garbage, and then closes automatically. It will display the level of the garbage to easily identify about its state. If the level of the garbage in the auto-bin reaches to its maximum limit, that is, if the dustbin is full, then it will notify the user whoever is monitoring that auto-bin. The auto-bin will contain a GPRS system, which can send and receive messages. Using this system, the auto-bin will send a text message to the registered user notifying that the dustbin is full and there is a need to empty it. Along with it, there is a web application for the auto-bin. This web application will continuously display the contents of the auto-bin, about its current levels. By referring this web application, anyone can get to know about the status of the auto-bin, from anywhere and at any time. -Rakesh Arun Bangar ; Nikhil Kishor Mankar ; Lalit Bhauraoji Bonde; Mayur Tryambak Sahare; Pranik sunil dongre
The electrical energy is one of the easily used and available forms of energy. For electrical engineering, power quality is a noteworthy topic. At present day, the problem of power quality has become one of the major problems which have to be taken into account for the maintenance of power supply quality. Today’s equipment like electric motors, computers, machines, etc. cannot be used without electricity. The voltage sag and swell is one of the severe problems for an industrial customer which has to be dealt with urgent attention for its compensation. There are many methods which can compensate the problems of voltage sag and swell. Today the most popular methods of sag and swell mollification is Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR), which can used in low voltage as well as medium voltage applications. Dynamic Voltage Restorer is a cascaded connected device; which is based on the principles of power electronics which can immediately mitigate the voltage sag in the system and will be restoring the load voltage to the pre-fault system value. It is a voltage source converter which is connected to the circuit in cascade with supply through the help of injection transformer where voltage swell or voltage sag takes place. For the compensation of voltage sag and voltage swell in the distribution system, DVR is the most technically advanced, convenient and economical device. Dynamic voltage restorer stores energy that is responsible for the supply of active power needed during the voltage sag & gain at swell.
This paper gives the idea of usage of the error signal that can be controlled by using DVR.
