This paper proposes a manner to manage the role of the cursor with the bare hands without the use of any electronic device. While the operations like clicking and dragging of objects may be achieved with one-of-a-kind hand gestures. The proposed device will only require a webcam as an input device. The software’s that will be required to implement the proposed device are OpenCV and python. The proposed device makes use of not anything extra than a low decision webcam that acts as a sensor and it could track the customers hand bearing fingers in dimensions. The hand gesture is the maximum handy and natural manner of communication. The output of the digital camera is displayed on the monitor.
