Abstract |
Renewable energy can be termed as the energy that has been collected and processed for utilization from renewable sources, the sources which are freely available in nature. Examples of natural available resources include solar energy, wind energy, tidal energy, geothermal heat, etc. Renewable energy can also be called as green energy that is directly extracted from the natural sources available without consumption of artificial sources where such sources of energy can be continuously replenished. Also, with the utilization of energy from renewable source, there is no harmful effect on the atmosphere, and emissions are also reduced. The developments in renewable energy is replacing the usual fossil fuels in the power plants, which provides the benefit of lower carbon footprint and environmental pollutions. |
