Abstract |
|
The utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has the potential to greatly enhance the monitoring, performance, and maintenance of solar energy systems. In this project, a cost-effective IoT-based methodology has been implemented to remotely monitor a solar power plant, enabling the evaluation of its performance in real-time. The system incorporates various sensors, including soil moisture, temperature, and intensity sensors, to provide a comprehensive visualization of environmental parameters. This allows for the creation of a smart agricultural system that is user-friendly and capable of providing insights for efficient crop management. The system's ability to remotely monitor and control the agricultural water supply that helps to reduce the human effort thereby increasing the overall efficiency and longevity of the system. |
