Abstract |
In the field of Advanced power electronic device which is A Solid state transformer that can replace the conventional power transformer used in power systems. A solid state transformer (SST) is able to transform and control power in an efficient, compact and reliable way. Recently, there has been an emerging interest in using SSTs with Wind energy conversions system (WECs) due to their high efficiency, reliability and low maintenance requirements. One of the key advantages of SSTs in WECs application is their ability to perform voltage and frequency regulations, as well as power factor correction. Over all, the combination of SSTs and WECs offers a promising solution for the development of efficient, reliable and sustainable wind energy systems, which can help to address the growing energy demand and reduce the reliance on fossil fuels. |
