This research project focuses on developing a food delivery app tailored specifically for small vendors. With the rapid growth of the food delivery industry, small vendors often face challenges in reaching a wider customer base and managing delivery logistics. Our app aims to address these issues by providing an affordable and user-friendly platform for small vendors to showcase their offerings and facilitate efficient delivery services. Through interviews, surveys, and prototype testing, we gather insights to design a customizable app interface that meets the unique needs of small vendors. This study contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of small vendors in the food delivery market while improving accessibility and convenience for consumers. |
