Abstract |

Fire detection systems have become increasingly crucial in modern building design, especially considering the rising number of reported fire incidents often attributed to human negligence. Various settings such as fuel filling stations, fireworks shops, residential buildings, and workplaces frequently witness fire accidents, with thousands of incidents reported annually. In response to this pressing issue, this paper introduces an innovative automatic fire detection system utilizing advanced fire sensors. While existing fire detection systems rely on fire sensors to detect fires and trigger alarms within a limited space, our proposed system diverges from this conventional approach. In addition to incorporating a fire alarm, our system is equipped to send notifications to mobile devices and emails to specified addresses. These notifications not only alert individuals about the fire but also provide critical information about the affected area, facilitating prompt action. Furthermore, the system is designed to automatically alert the nearest fire station, ensuring a swift response to the incident. By integrating these features, our implemented fire detection system offers enhanced efficiency and safety compared to traditional fire alarm systems. |
