Abstract |
|
The rapid incentivization of Electric Vehicle manufacturing in light of the Global Climate Emergency poses new challenges on the Automotive Industry to provide adequate research and development on new technological fronts. This includes batteries, motors, control strategies and powertrain dynamics. This paper aims to review the utilization of Induction motors, due to their known advantages in the industrial arena, for the application in Electric vehicles. The paper presents an extensive review on a variety of papers that give a theoretical approach towards testing Induction motors for Electric Two-wheelers. The review comprehensively goes through the research to conclude with the realization of an affirmative need in developing more alternatives in contrast to the magnet motors. |
