This document explains how to use internet of things For engine control and monitoring. because it can be used from use of internet of things more conveniently and efficiently anytime, anywhere through WI-FI control the system. The objectives of this monitoring system are: Take precautions to prevent engine failures. Motors are used in various applications, including in industry .Thanks to its many advantages such as Self-starting and high output, construction resistant to the many elements and durable. As a result, using the best possible method detecting defects is very important in smart protection method. Engine at early stage to improve engine efficiency ensure safety and reliability work. motor voltage, current and temperature are controlled remotely using Blynk IOT app. Monitoring results can identify engine operating errors. Parameter that caused serious damage. Information we move from sensors to microcontroller devices. Process the data. When abnormal values are detected the system automatically generates a start or stop control signal of motor. |
