Fuzzy logic and PD controllers have become popular in temperature control during the past few years. However, or better still, precisely for this reason, it is essential to critically examine this combination and to fairly present its strengths and drawbacks. Additionally, this project demonstrates how to use a fuzzy PD controller to regulate an industrial water heater. It is possible to adjust the individually excited temperature that puts the system in danger from below and up to the appropriate value. employing a temperature sensor to detect the heater's temperature. then deducting the target temperature from the actual temperature to obtain the error value. The MATLAB Simulink library contains a block called check step response characteristic that automatically optimizes PD settings. The error or increase in standard errors were added to an optimised Kp and Kd, respectively, and delivered into the fuzzy controller as inputs to enhance the PD operator's response. MATLAB is used to simulate the model. |
