Natural Language Processing (NLP) chatbots have become integral to human-computer interaction, providing responsive, intelligent communication systems across domains like customer service, healthcare, education, and entertainment. This paper explores the architecture of NLP chatbots, key techniques like intent recognition and entity extraction, major challenges including ambiguity handling and context maintenance, and modern advancements with deep learning. Through a case study implementation, we demonstrate the building blocks of an effective chatbot system and discuss future directions emphasizing emotional intelligence and multilingual capabilities. |
