Similar to other heavy industries, the construction sector consumes a significant number of resources both on and off the pitch, including money, time, space, and materials, plants, and equipment. For convenience of operation and resource allocation, highway projects typically divide the entire project length into sections and then sub-sections. Working teams and groups are typically given resources according to their production level and the overall amount of work assigned to them. Knowing the proper norms for accurate assessment, planning, and monitoring is essential in highway projects because the same resource is frequently utilised for several tasks, and its productivity varies depending on the task. In this paper presenting literature survey of publications and work done in past related to analysis and management of highway projects. |
