Smart ERP and Billing System for Integrated Business

This research focuses on the design and development of a Smart ERP and Billing System aimed at automating and integrating core business processes within organizations. In the modern digital era, businesses require centralized platforms that reduce manual efforts, enhance operational transparency, and enable real-time data access. The proposed system integrates multiple functional modules such as inquiry handling, order processing, sales management, account management, billing, and reporting into a unified system. The system follows a modular and scalable architecture ensuring seamless communication between departments while maintaining data consistency. It incorporates role-based access control to ensure data security. The system is developed using React, Python Django, and MySQL. Experimental results show improved efficiency, reduced redundancy, and enhanced decision-making capabilities, making it suitable for small and medium enterprises.
