The comparative analysis of three popular bus architecture called AMBA, Coreconnect ad Wishbone is given in this article. In this paper a brief introduction to on- chip bus architecture is given. Also covered comparative performance analysis of All On chip Buses based on Industry standards. The main characteristics of the buses and interfaces with respect to topology, arbitration method, bus-width, types of data transfers and applications are also discussed. |
