Abstract |

An OTA works on low voltages and low power consumption. However if the OTA is scaled down below 100nm, it proves to be a challenge, as it results in various short channel effects. These effects are unwanted as it leads to variation in performance. The paper presents simulation of simple Miller OTA circuit in 45 nm Technology using Ngspice simulator and its comparison in 180 nm and 90 nm Technology. |
