Abstract |

Steganography is the process of hiding a secret message within a cover in such a way that someone cannot know the presence of the hidden message. The goal of Steganography is to maintain secret communication between two parties. Hiding secret information in images, there are a large variety of stenographic techniques in which some are complex than others and all have strong and weak points. In this paper, we define Security, methods of protecting information, data hiding applications and requirements, overview of steganography, and different methods such as LSB, MLSB, Pixel indicator etc. are used to implementing steganography. So steganography is the process of hiding information. In this paper we review all the techniques of steganography. |
