Power quality is an issue that is becoming increasingly important to electricity consumer at all levels of usage. Non linear loads are now more commonplace in both the industrial and commercial sectors and domestic environment. So now days harmonic is an important power quality issue that an industry faces today. In industry mostly 6 pulse drive is used. In this paper by taking a Industrial data 6 pulse simulation model is made in MATLAB and also up to 54 pulse model is developed to reduce the THD in industrial adjustable speed drive. |
