Abstract

CNC End milling is much needed machining operation than other. Al6061 is lighter in weight and give higher Strengh so Experiments are carried out to find out the response of surface finishing for quality of product and Material Removal Rate for number of production with varying the input parameters of cutting speed , feed rate & depth of cut with DOE on full factorial carried out .Gray Relational Analysis has done to optimized parameters.from study it has shown feed rate, speed and depth of cut Has significance effect on material .
