Abstract |

User authentication is an important step to protect information, and face biometrics plays an important role to recognize a person. Face biometrics is natural, easy to use, and universally acceptable. Recent work has publicized that face biometrics can be easily spoofed using cheap low-tech equipment. This paper introduces novel and appealing techniques to detect face spoofing using the motion, texture analysis, liveness detection. The key idea of the approach is to learn and detect the structure facial textures that characterize real faces but not fake ones. |
