Abstract |
The Internet as a whole does not use secure links, thus information in transit may be vulnerable to interception as well. The importance of reducing a chance of the information being detected during the transmission is being an issue now days. Steganography is the art or practice of concealing a message, image, or file within another message, image, or file. The word Steganography is of Greek origin and means "covered writing" or "concealed writing". Steganography includes the concealment of information within computer files. In digital steganography, electronic communications may include steganography coding inside of a transport layer, such as a document file, image file, program or protocol. There are various number of techniques available for steganography. In our work we have used MD5 and DES for data encryption then MLSB technique will be used for embedding data into the cover image that will turn out to be a stego image that is how we are going to save our data from third party interception. Finally, results are compared in terms of PSNR, MSE with the implementation of Cryptography Technique. |
