Solar energy is a very large, inexhaustible source of energy. The power from the sun intercepted but the earth is tremendously larger than the present consumption rate on the earth of all commercial energy sources.This solar water heater can be used in the region where the salt content in the water is more. scale formation in collector tubes in conventional solar water heater which would reduce its efficiency. To overcome this drawback of conventional water heater we have put heat pipe as a heat collector and heat transfer medium to water .As we not need hot water continuously for 24 hrs. . In remaining time system has to perform some other function.so we have integrated the water heating with distillation unit so that we can get hot water as well as distilled water. |
