Abstract |
In traditional terms, blood cell analysis i.e. complete blood cell count (CBC) is done as a “conventionâ€. In which it determines the red blood cells, white blood cells and blood group usually assesses the size and shape of blood sample as per old delayed procedures. Today in this busy hectic schedule; pathologists need some help in terms of software for blood cell analysis. Thus, the idea of our paper is to serve the pathologists, medical technicians for the same, by using Image Processing technique. The image captured after the slide test is processed and detects the occurrence of agglutination, the classification algorithm determines the blood group. Similarly in case of blood cells counting microscopic smear images are preceding in MATLAB simulation tool is been used. Finally, all the information is stored in a database. Thus, the system allows determining the blood group and blood cell counting automatically. |
