Abstract

This paper presents the methodology for design and fabrication of Planetary Mixer for Preparing Cake Cream with the related search. The study specifies factors influencing the cake cream making process and recommends a number of design options for planetary mixer. These are based on a systematic study of the cake cream making process and testing of a prototype model of planetary mixer. For which we consider literatures reviews & some of them are explained.
