Abstract

Cloud database is subscription based service. The way of securing data in the cloud using offensive decoy technology Called Fog Computing. We monitor data access in the cloud and detect abnormal data access patterns. When unauthorized access is detected and then verified using challenge questions, we provide large amounts of decoy information to the attacker .This protects against the misuse of the user’s real data. Experiments conducted in a local file setting provide evidence that this approach may provide unprecedented levels of user data security in a Cloud environment. Cloud computing is a paradigm that focuses on sharing data and computations over a scalable network of nodes. Examples of such nodes include end user computers, data centers, and Web Services. We term such a network of nodes as a cloud. An application based on such clouds is taken as a cloud application.
