Abstract

This paper presents a comparative analysis of Active, Passive and Hybrid Active filter with control strategies which involves instantaneous p-q theory method. A comparative evaluation of these shunt filter is carried out. A PI controller is used to control the dc capacitor voltage. The modeling of different filter topologies is done using MATLAB/Simulink.
