Digital filter are widely used in the world of communication and computation. In this paper, Window method and Remez Exchange method are presented for designing of low pass FIR filters. It is shown that filter design by using Remez Exchange Algorithm is best because the numbers of components required are less and stability is more as compare with other techniques. This paper is concern with the design of FIR filters from specification, through coefficient calculation and implementations. |
