Supply chain management is a field of growing importance and interest in every business, There are many successing factor (Enablers) which supply chain practices and the author tries to explore the same. In this paper, successing factors belonging to different sectors, faced by different types of business, are tabulated with the help of literature review. These enablers will be analysed through survey method Interpretive structural model (ISM) will be used to prepare a model. The most powerful enabler, which hinders the supply chain, will be found. The conceptual framework of enabler will be helpful to managers for decision making, with respect to SCM practices, in their respective organization. |
