Oil Filling System For Engine Hydro-Mounts is completed automatically by the pneumatic and servomotors. Its pneumatic system was designed, its working principle was analyzed, and the PLC control system was designed according to the control requirements to the pneumatic system. The Schneider PLC of Modicon LMC058 was selected and a programming software was used to program the system control process. Using PLC control pneumatic system, can be very easy to meet process requirements, improve greatly the system stability, reliability, automation level. |
